Checkin could be better as staff needs to do better job with guests.

The hotel is decent. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. However the rooms were having some kind of odd smell coming.

The place is in a busy area with traffic noise. Some staff are not responsive. While the rooms are clean, the hallway needs some attention.

A decent property. Good rooms and good staff. Also, breakfast had many options and tasty too

I recently stayed at lemon tree hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. Upon entering my room, I noticed a strange odor. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they attributed it to the rain and promptly offered to change my room. Unfortunately, the second room had the same issue. While they sprayed air freshener to address the smell, it only added to my discomfort. Having stayed at numerous five-star hotels, I expect a higher standard of maintenance and ambiance, especially from a renowned establishment like this. That said, there were some positives. The staff was attentive and accommodating, especially when I requested my tea to be prepared in a very specific way—they delivered it perfectly. Additionally, the food I ordered was excellent and truly lived up to the hotel’s reputation. Overall, while the service and culinary offerings were commendable, the unresolved issue with the odor significantly impacted my stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to enhance the guest experience.

Slow service provided by housekeeping, when I asked for the missing slipper and replacement of the dirty kettle. Make 3 calls within 30mins then my request was attended. The room cleanliness was not satisfactory, as the cups, table top, chair were dusty. Bathroom some places could see the rusty stains. The hotel corridors except first floor were not smell good…

Short & comfortable

Amazing hotel. Top notch service. I was given a room which was cleaned. Although the room was not big but stay was comfortable. Excellent customer support and well trained staff. The best was the food. Good spread and quality food. Well done chef.

Just about okay for the price and location. Super stinky sewage smell in the rooms. Had to change it immediately. Staff was kind enough to assist. Restaurant prices are high, with very weird menu. Average!

It was good

I booked the room for my parents who arrived after midnight of the day the hotel was booked for. The reception made them wait for an hour to give them the room. This is disgraceful as the room should have been ready for them from the afternoon and they made them wait. They had to query the time it was taking several times and in the end my mum had to raise her voice. My parents were elderly and had travelled from england to in India on a 9hour flight and the hotel reception staff seemed more interested in their conversations then the comfort of their guests. My parents only spent less than hours in a room and paid £130 for it. OUTRAGEOUS

The amenities are very good, room, lobby, corridors very neat and clean. Staff quite warm and courteous.

They charge separately for wifi. So can’t video call.

Overall it was an excellent experience

The location is convenient very close to the airport. The staff are excellent ready to assist at anytime the property is well maintained overall an excellent experience

This was my first stay at the Lemon Tree. I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was better than I anticipated. The only negatives was that the check-in was a bit hectic and could be smoother but the reception was warm and friendly. I did have trouble getting the Uber app to route to the hotel. Someone should check into this.
