Staff needs improve in concierge services. Otherwise it was ok. I had to call few times to have my laundry picked up in the morning. Room was spacious and clean.

Facility is good.
By mistake did a buplicate booking
During my stay staff were nice and I was told that the charges for the second booking will be refunded.
After my check out their tone changed and refused the refund for the duplicate booking.
Everything else is good but no morals in doing business.

It was a disappointing experience and the rooms were small and uncomfortable. The bedding and towels had lipstick marks on them and it was disgusting. The staff should be more vocal and communicate properly. Not worth the $ you spend. The extra bedding charge is more than the cost of the room itself. The management of Varun Novotel should look into this and contact me if you want to learn more about your stupid operations.

I like that the hotel is cognizant about the allergens and the staff is able to find out from the chef about any ingredients when we ask about them.
Hotel is generally clean and the staff respond to house keeping or guest services. There were a few issues with the room for us, but they were taken care off.
The spa services prices are reasonable,they have an amazing view on the terrace, with an infinity pool. I liked the walkpath around the hotel building on the terrace, but the exhaust coming out of the hotel put me off, as they blow directly on the walkers.
