Washroom were old and dirty specially when you flush its too hard. Also bidet is made up of hard plastic too difficult to use. I will not recommend anyone.

We booked non-smoking rooms. Per manager, the rooms are non smoking. However other customers smoke in them & so smell stays. Sofas extremely dirty..Not only my kids were sick bcos of smoking room.Total waste of money and management didn't care for complain nor tried to compensate in any other manner. They don't care for customers.

The sky bar is not as advertised. This is only for private parties and not actually set up any other time. In the fitness center, the two treadmills were not functional during my stay. What was advertised as a 24 hour gym, I was told at check-in actually opens at 7am.

The hotel is nice, service is pleasant, the rooms are great - very comfortable. Two things that I did not like: (1) the breakfast was average by hotel standards, limited spread, not-so-fresh fruit, chewy bacon, etc, and (2) they refused to give me a late check-out in spite of us having booked 6 room-nights. So the front office staff is probably not empowered to take these calls.
