Thank you so much for your hospitality during our stay at Port Muziris. Although it was a short stay, you exceeded our expectations as soon as we arrived. The staff during our stay were all super friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. It was very much a pleasant surprise to have a room upgrade and it was very much appreciated. Special thanks and mention to Pooja.
Thank you all again for your hospitality, we will definitely be back when we come back to Cochin 😊

This is a beautiful and nice little hotel close to the Cochin International airport. They provide free shuttle pickup from airport. Large spread of complimentary breakfast buffet. Great outdoor patio to seat. More importantly very friendly and professional staff. Didnot find some bathroom necessities like conditioner available. Overall very convenient hotel with great Indian and continental food. Arun the manager made sure I felt at home and everything was attended to.

Food and beverage - left a lot to be desired, quality / variety was not present in Lila’s Kitchen or in-room dining. I also frequently saw the head chef, lounging around the check-in lobby, using the space like his personal living room while on the phone chatting, which was very unusual and something you would not see in a 4, let alone 5 star property. There is however a Courtyard by Marriott near walking distance, that has a delicious restaurant / buffet which I highly recommend - it is worth the walk and money. Overall, I would rate this boutique hotel an 7.5 out of 10. The food and beverage dept. needs a major overhaul - consider the courtyard property instead.

At checkin was told to wait since the computer system was down. Was sent to the bar at a hotel next-door to wait. When I went to the bar at the hotel next-door I was told it was a dry day and so I had to find my way back to the hotel and yet again wait for registration.

The hotel is next to Kochi international airport. Location wise and ambience is quite nice. But it is taken care by amateurs. The food quality is just ok but very pricey.Room service disappointing. Beds are not that comfortable. Breakfast service is very poor. I am told this is managed by Marriott people but does not seem so. Avoid the property is possible.

My husband and I loved this hotel. It’s beautifully decorated. Very clean and the bedrooms had absolutely everything we need. Kettle, coffee and good sized mugs!
Very comfortable bed. Fantastic meal. Being so close to the airport was brilliant. 5 minutes away in the car but we couldn’t hear planes at all. The staff were great. Lovely refreshing drink on arrival.
We went for a swim in the pool on the roof terrace which was a delight after a long day travelling from Northern Kerala. We would definitely recommend it.

I really liked my stay in this hotel. Nice decor , fantastic food. I had dinner and breakfast and both were awesome.
I thank the staff for their hospitality to neha, mugesh, sukresh,Anthin,aleena ,manager malvika and the other evening manager I forgot the name. Will definitely come back to this hotel whenever I’m in kochi 😊

滞在時間が短かったのと、食事をしていないので、レストランについてはよくわからない。
イスラム教のお祈りの時間に流れてくる音楽のようなものがあった。
ホテルの壁、廊下などに様々な絵があり美術館にいる気がしてよかった。

Piscine sur le toi au top.
Seul bémol : pas d’alcool servi dans cet hôtel.
