Wonderful stay and staff , have stars with them in many visits

Hotel is not bad but out side was terrible with road work and traffic

Lots of road works while we were there

first, the staff is excellent and helpful. the property is a dump (smelly and dirty). mostly, TOO NOISY. felt like i was in bed in a nightclub till 3 am. cannot sleep. and no ventilation in the whole hotel (it smells - cigarettes and misc).... staff really tried to help but unable to overcome

Friendly & helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast. Room service food menu offered plenty of variety I would recommend the Tika Masala pizza which was excellent. The pool area was disappointing as it was full of exercise machines with no area allocated for sun loungers. The hotel was 500m from the bus station and Juhu beach with plenty of transportation options. Yes I would recommend the hotel and hopefully it won’t be another 18 years before I com back😎

Great location, helpful staff, clean Unfortunately they have a nightclub on the top floor (6 th floor) and the loud music kept us awake all night.

Very noisy. Loud music till 4am everyday. Not a 4 Star Hotel. Friendly staff, good indian breakfast.

Nice location at Juhu..a bit compact but comfy..bit noisy @ nights.

It was good stay smooth check in and location is very good.

I booked this hotel and it was nothing like the pictures or as advertised. The staff there are really rude and unprofessional. They are not accommodating and are unwilling to help tourists out, in fact if they do they then demand for a tip/cash reward. Theres also a nightclub on the 6th floor which brings in a lot of noise and drunkes around.

The stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant were excellent. The staff at check in were also very efficient and got things done as requested.

Booked 5 nights and checked out after 1 night. Worst hotel I have stayed in Mumbai, gave me a standard room when booked club room, front door would not lock, ac was not working and had live wires hanging out the wall. Phone did not work so had to keep going down to reception. Complained and nothing gone done so checked out in the morning and went to Novotel across the road which is so much better. Reception did not want to help and they advised cannot change room as they were full even though they gave me wrong room.

I stayed two nights at Ramee Guestline Hotel Juhu. Location is nice. It is walking distance from Juhu beach. The room was clean but towel had some stains. They only provided one big towel and no separate towels for face and hands.I asked for more towels and got some more. Service was good, but there wasn't much information. Online it says that they have a spa and pool, but no one told me anything about these at the hotel when I checked in. There was also no information in the room. Free water bottles and tea and coffee in the room were great. I just hoped there would have been something to stir the coffee with, like a spoon. Check-out went really smooth even though I had to leave in the middle of the night to catch my flight. This hotel was okay, but next time I might stay in a different one. I think I didn't get my moneys' worth.

i was on a business trip , the conditions at the hotel were really in a sad state , as the intercos were not working , staff was rude and amenities in the room were zero.

Worst hotel

In an area of expensive hotels. Close to the beach. Take the Ville parole STOP if coming by train oy use train during non rush hours. Chose for the pool;which lacks ambiance.

Hotel is too noisy due to clubs which is open till 5 am plus the bathroom showers are all in very bad conditions
