Rooms are decent for a short stay . Location very close to both the T2 and T1 hotel. Good restaurant that serves authentic Kerala food both veg and non veg . Drinks are economical over all a great place

Location of Hotel is good but services and amenities are average. Room smells. Insects & mosquito creeps in the room even after doors and windows are locked. Bathroom fittings are very difficult to use. Food is just okay Not a good stay experience.

I stayed at the hotel for two days. Loved it. Very quiet and peaceful. Front desk people are very polite and humble. Complementary breakfast was top notch. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for 10 days, it was a last min accommodation booked by my company. Cons: - Stinky rooms, just not clean, full of old mould smell - There are no amenities like slippers, Iron even on request. When asked for an iron one day, the staff didn't even get back. The next day, thye got back with an iron which wasn't working. Upon raising he got back with another saying "sorry, we don't have a working iron". - There is a particular smell the room and the linen has which will make you hate the stay. I used to dread coming back here from office because of the same - a lot of times the housekeeping doesn't pick your call, it just keeps ringing. I may have tried 5-6 times in my 10 day stay. You will find the staff using their phone sitting on the stairs. - They charge 4-5K per day, which is definitely too much for what you get. Only book this if you have no other option. Pros: - Staff is really sweet, only that has made my stay a bit better despite the shitty rooms - The bfast is basic but okay. They offer 2 main dishes, a side of fruits, and tea coffee. Again the staff at the breakfast place is really helpful and sweet. - location of the hotel is great, it's on the main road, accessible to most of the stuff. - Safe for solo women travellers

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Samraj, and I was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.
