Everything about this hotel was first class.
Breakfast had all you could wish for.
The room was clean and large, and the bed very comfortable. The little snacks left in the room were delicious.
But the standout for me was the service given by the staff. Every staff member couldn’t do enough for you and were always happy to talk about anything.

Fantastic stay, right from the start, handling the bags, the welcome to the hotel, everything we needed was all done for us. Every staff member was polite and highly professional and the rooms were incredible. As vegans we always worry about breakfast options, however the chefs were more than accommodating and made us special request items to ensure we made the most of our breakfast. Such wonderful service all around. Thank you for taking such good care of us and for making this trip so memorable.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world but never experienced such friendliness or attentiveness as I received here. The staff learn your name, room number and breakfast beverage preferences very quickly making you feel like you are more than just a number. I had a very minor accident while out in the city and when the staff got to hear about it, they sent me some pastries to my room to make me feel better.
I will definitely return to this hotel when I come back to Bengaluru. Now if only Sheraton could replicate this at all their locations...

It is a very good hotel and loved our stay, but the staff was not really professional. We invited some friends to eat lunch with us. We were seated around 2:30pm but the food came at almost 5pm. there were lots of things in between. They didn't take our order properly etc etc. The service was horrible to say the least. We were all so hungry and waited more than 3 hours to get that food that we ordered. Food wasn't good at all, they charge enormously for that lousy food and service. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE to say the least. Just because of that i would like to go there again. Another annoying thing is the staff was really, really unprofessional, especially those ladies that serve. They don't know how to respect customers, they would comment and giggle on your back, which i felt very annoying and unprofessional. It is a good hotel but these things are not making us to go back again. A good hotel needs good service and respect for the customers which this hotel lacks royally.
