Overall a great stay. The staff were polite , attentive and accommodating. The link cafe was a great find, both for drinks and food. The expresso martini, panini sandwiches and pizza are a must try. Will definitely revisit and would highly recommend the property.

Sheraton hotel was clean, customer service was good, we had an issue with the clogged bathroom, water was backing up after shower. We informed customer service and they promptly moved us to different room. Breakfast spread was amazing, we really enjoyed food at Sheraton.

Enjoyed my stay here. US consulate is 10 mins walk. Good and courteous staff. Clean and high quality rooms. Great Spa. Decent dining options ( breakfast had actually authentic South Indian food)

New and modern. Decent pool
The staff were amazing and truly went above and beyond at all aspects including reception/check in and the dining area, and the room was very spacious and clean. Some names to mention - Vinay, Abhishek, Nikita, Imran and all the staff at breakfast including the man that makes dosas! Sorry can’t remember everyones names but they all made our stay the best! And even all played with our little grandson and kept him entertained. They even had a bouncy castle with Mickey and Minnie character dress ups - can’t fault a thing; would 100% recommend

It is a beautiful property with walkable distance to US Consulate.
Front desk staff is totally incompetent and everywhere. They cannot handle the guests in order and only two people are dealing with everything, check-in, check-out, room service, dining. Wait time is bad, somewhere from 40-50 minutes for everything.

Our stay at this place was exceptional! The proximity to the consulate made it incredibly convenient, just a short walk or drive away. During our 3-night stay, we were impressed by the continuous refill of water bottles and the impeccable room service. The dining experience at Zega was delightful, especially the lamb chops, Massam curry, and the Cohito cocktail. The spa's stone massage service was truly rejuvenating, and the well-maintained pool provided a refreshing retreat. Breakfast for three days and a lunch at the Feast at Sheraton showcased a fantastic array of Indian and international options, ensuring a satisfying culinary experience throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Purushotum received us very well and the staff is hospitable. They also Included breakfast for us.
We got one of the expensive rooms which was in a separate wing. Very relaxing.
