I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Every aspect of my experience was exceptional, thanks in large part to the amazing staff. A special shout-out to Ashwani, who truly made my day extra special, especially since today is my birthday. The farewell service was also very thoughtful, and the professionalism of the entire team stood out.

One of the best hotels with great staff experience
My 3 years old daughter had a wonderful full check in experience as from the car valet till we reached into the room

There was a hair inside the food several times and when I told them they apologies and when I was checked in they gave us 2 rooms king size and I told them I specifically asked for one king and one queen the manager responded show me the massage, we don't have room available fit your need we can bring you extra bed which is very uncomfortable the transportation was very expensive. We order food it took over an hour ,all they did was apology.

The hotel is very nice but the streets around the hotel are disaster. I went for a walk and after 3 minutes I returned to the hotel. The hotel is attached to a mall which is the only place I felt ok to be. So I spent 6 days at the hotel but I was there for business and that was fine

Manisha from the front office was incredibly hospitable and helpful. I liked the decor and materials used at the hotel and she went above and beyond to help me locate potential vendors whom I could work with the procure the raw materials.
Otherwise, the restaurant options were fantastic, and service impeccable.

The Hotel is super fancy , The staff are super friendly. The food they make is ultra delicious and the serving is five stars.
Not to mention the wide variety of cuisines they provide ( Authentic Indian, Middle eastern, Asian, and Continental )
Special thanks to Ms. Amisha at guest relation, Abhijit the Magician chef -- and particularly Thanks to Ms. Paswan running the Reception desk for her kind gestures and help with my reservation issues.
I strongly recommend this hotel as a first choice whenever in Mumbai - - It might be a little more expensive than other 5 stars, but it is absolutely worth it and more
