Second time staying here and work had been done to upgrade the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfy. Near the airport. Delhi is not a walkable city due to traffic congestion noise and hawkers. Staff was excellent.

The reception was very warm and supportive. They accommodated my request for a room change and added a complimentary breakfast to my stay, which I greatly appreciated.

Property is a good location, but it’s travel time to Airport can be unpredictable, food is ok. But the bathrooms and other areas are dirty. The exhaust in bathrooms doesn’t work due to which certain areas get bad. I complained but they seem to know a the issue.

Reported my safe and extract fan in the bathroom not working 3 times, was never actioned. The air con fan was so loud had to switch it off to get to sleep

Check-in was delayed. Promised a quick turnaround but the after following up after an hour, didn't find the receptionist not available. Receptionists and restaurant staff wore stained jackets. The corridor from lift to room was stinky and not well lit. And for 4 people, 2 twin beds wasn't a good proposition. For additional bed, I have been demanded extra charges. I am ashamed, as ITC shareholder, to have WelcomeByITC in its fold.

I dono how it’s rated 5 star , it’s so run down and toilet so dirty doors n cupboard look so damaged breakfast nothing great .i supposed to return on 20th after my trip i cancelled the hotel not worrh your money lobby looks ok but corridor horrible I rate as 2 star

This is indeed an old hotel that needs an overhaul. It is not a 4-star hotel. The phone in the room did not work for the time I stayed at the hotel. The sheets are so old that you can count the threads. The shower drain was blocked.
The food comparing with other hotels that I stayed in India was mediocre. I am a member of ITC and made a mistake choosing this hotel. Stay away from it as it is a cheap and not well ran hotel.
