The location is quite strategic, near toll road gate. The service also satisfying with nice and helpful staff. They helped us to arrange twin bed to become doubled. This hotel also offers good breakfast with various choices

I really enjoyed stay at this hotel, have a good and strategic location, first impression I really like about security team they are so friendly, and also staff from reception, rooms team they made my stay there so special, hotel has a big kids area and so comfort, overall I like this hotel, need some point need to be improved is cleanliness of the hotel linen, once I open the duvet cover, I saw a stain linen maybe it can't be removed during cleaning process but it looks new linen, the HK team its fast respon to change it with the leader also came to my room, but that's okay, they are really friendly and helpful staff, thanks bigland. Best regards. Hospitality team π

Requested anniv so the mirror was decorated, but unfortunately the bed was not decorated, wanted to confirm but it turned out the phone could not be repaired so switched to WA, overall it is family friendly, the children are also happy, and the atmosphere is quite relaxed, the location is also anti-traffic jam, good for further recommendations Thank you..

I arrived at 2:30 pm and the room was not ready. Waited for almost 1 hour. No compensation whatsoever. The bathroom was leaking for the toilet. The pool rinse room smelled of urine. The food at breakfast lacked seasoning and the meat was tough.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and fragrant. The hotel is right on the edge of the toll road, next to an abandoned building and industry so the sound of trucks is a bit disturbing, even though I got a room on the 7th floor, I got a free slice of cake for my birthday π there were flies stuck on the cakes during breakfast, the staff didn't pay much attention. the rest is okay

In terms of location, it is already ok strategically but unfortunately the cleanliness of the room can be said to be lacking. 1. Dirty towels. 2. Pillow cases have lots of pen scribbles. 3. Sticky floor (as if not mopped) then the service is also slow when asking for additional soap, it takes a long time to come, about 40 minutes
