Cleanliness is lacking, just arrived and checked the bed, the sheets and pillow cases didn't seem to have been changed, so when you want to check out, try to unpack all the sheets and pillow cases so they can be changed.

The location in my opinion is still far from Sanur beach, the hotel is comfortable, clean and the service is friendly, only the location is far from selling food, a hotel with easy access on the side of the road. But anyways recommended

I read reviews online before booking here, but I think the hotel is quite good, the room is very spacious, they can improve their contact though, because I have a hard time contacting them through phone or WA. When I was here it was rainy and windy, it only have a lek on the corridor, but the room is safe

The location is not very strategic and far from food places or markets in the area around the hotel, the rooms and place are quite small and at the end, if you want to eat breakfast it is limited to 1 person only allowed 1 side dish

Can't sleep during stay day 1 as we have to move find other hotel as staff tried to offer other replacement room as we regretfully this offer 🙏, Big disappointment with quality of bed that we got 🙏🥲😱

Wall paper was dirty, bed sheet spot, ac not cold enough (normally when we enter the room, room supposed to be cold already however this one was very hot, I wait till 6pm ac still not that cold)

The rooms are damp, the food doesn't have many choices and it tastes B only. Because when I booked, I got an expensive price, in my opinion, the facilities and condition of the room are not suitable for the price :(. Yesterday I also got a pillow that was wet from the humidity in the room. It seems that the towels should also be replaced, because the warranty has expired.
