Given the room at the very end, don't know the reason, because it was really scary asking to move because it was full, even though I knew there were still many available because I checked on the app and it looked really quiet, the one that was ready was a deluxe pool view which was paid for 350 for an upgrade. The room was scary, many interiors were no longer suitable. Not wudhu friendly, no prayer mats. Only satisfied with the breakfast 🙏🏻

The check-in process was fast, the hotel staff were very helpful, because several times the room door got stuck when it was opened, the swimming pool was clean, the hotel surroundings were green with lots of trees, close to the night culinary center, the morning walk around the hotel was very comfortable and pleasant

The environment is beautiful, green and cool of course, the hotel parking is spacious, access to everywhere is also very easy, the staff is friendly, the hotel lobby is okay, the check-in and check-out process doesn't take long, access to the room is also easy. Oh yeah, the food is also quite delicious, there are quite a lot of variations. The Wi-Fi speed is quite fast, without logging in it is directly connected.
There is only one request that we didn't get an answer, we waited, at least if it can't be informed to us, so we don't wait until we fall asleep, okay, it's understandable.
The concern is the room facilities: the floor drain is clogged, some power outlets are broken, the carpet has some pieces of wood, but all of this can still be tolerated. Amenities are incomplete, but quite standard.
Overall, staying here was a pleasant experience, please try it for others.

I stayed in room 234. At first I was a little annoyed because I had to wait quite a long time to enter the room when checking in. While guests who arrived after me could immediately enter the room. But thank God all the staff are friendly from the receptionist, security to the OB. The variety of food at breakfast is plentiful and delicious too. The view of the room is very good. Open the balcony door and you can see the pool and green gardens. Makes the air you breathe also good. The swimming pool is clean and spacious. There is also a playground for children. The room is quite spacious. The AC is cold. The cable TV works. Some of the shortcomings are because it is an old building so there are some parts of the room such as paintings that are a bit worn out, the hot water shower doesn't work properly, the room door is a bit difficult to open. Hopefully improvements can be made in the future so that it can be better. The important point is, our family, especially the children, really like staying here. Hopefully later there will be an opportunity, age and fortune to come back again. Thank you very much.

Friendly, good service, it seems like an old hotel, but it is well maintained, the suggestion is that the room lights are not bright enough, the bathroom and toilet are okay, the swimming pool is great and suitable for children.
