At: 06:00 am, the gas water heater was not working, when my wife wanted to take a shower, so my wife was forced to take a shower with fairly cold water, then at; 09:00 am, my child finished swimming and wanted to take a warm shower, then I tried to contact the officer, then the officer came to the room and checked, it turned out that the gas for the water heater had run out, so it was replaced with cooking gas, when the gas was installed, my child took a shower, I was shocked, because I smelled the kitchen smell of gas that was pungent and very smelly, fortunately my child had finished taking a shower, and no one was smoking at that time, I tried to check the kitchen, and check the gas for the water heater that had been replaced by the officer, it turned out to be true, the installation of the gas regulator made a sound of gas leaking, I panicked until I unplugged the regulator, and fortunately there was a back door that could be opened, so I opened all the doors wide, I tried to check the water heater in the bathroom, it turned out that the water heater was dead, and the smell of gas in the bathroom was very, very pungent, fortunately my child was not poisoned by gas and the condition was safe, thank God, I intended to staycation with children and wife with a very stunning natural nuance, it turned out to be almost dangerous for my children and wife, in terms of room facilities, there were no towels and toothbrushes, which are usually available when we go to a hotel, or cottage, or bungalow, it turns out that we have to ask first before being taken to the room, I ordered a cottage of that class, are the room facilities ?! Here I upload a photo of the incident, which almost endangered visitors, the intention was to be happy but became traumatized, please management, we came to enjoy the natural nuance, we came not to find fault with the place, which we had ordered, but we need comfort regarding. There are many rooms, 2 bathrooms in 1 villa, kitchen. Only there is no refrigerator yet.

The service was terrible. Confirmation was late for check-in. They said they would wait for me to arrive at the front office. There was no one there. There was no security guard on duty either.

The price for a long weekend is different, but it is paid for by the atmosphere of the villa and the friendliness of the staff. Next time it will be a priority if I go to Ciwidey again. Thank you Alkastuti Cottage.

The place is nice, the view is also nice, it's just a shame that with such a nice place and view and a fairly expensive price, the facilities are really lacking. Starting from the mattress that is still wrapped in plastic, it's not very comfortable to sleep on and it's still a foam mattress, there are no toiletries and towels and they are not given coffee and tea, for breakfast there is no variety of menus. Try to improve the facilities for that price, it would be even better.

The place is clean, thank God. Road access is also easy. Only for the room facilities themselves are limited. So everything must be brought by yourself. No personal equipment and supplies are provided while in the hotel, it really only rents rooms. The swimming pool is clean. The bathroom outside is clean. Nice view.
