Staffs were good and they have a good service for airport transfer as well. But the room facility is not really okay. The linen wasn't white. It turns grey color already and in the room there is no facility for cable USB to charge. But the staffs are helpful and nice.

The hotel is not clean, the water tap is broken. The cutlery for breakfast is dirty.

Couple without kids stay for 1 night since the next day is our flight back to Malaysia. 10 min to airport from the hotel and they provide airport transfer service also. Room is big and clean but the door can't be closed from outside, room number 301. Since there is no valuables things inside we not much bother about it. Breakfast area need to clean up, found dead flies on bread and jam area, coffee maker are dirty.

I paid room with breakfast, they said it ' s open until 9:30. I came at 9 but there is no breakfast, it substitute with hot tea and bread only.

The good thing about this hotel are the front desk staff and the airport transfer staffs, plus the location near the airport. Other than that, all thumbs down. Small rooms, old, dirty. For a little bit more money, head to other hotels nearby.
