I had great several times stay here, nice, clean room, enjoy watching TV with international channel and newspaper/ novels in here, and don't worry about being thirsty because they provide a dispenser. Also delicious breakfast with various menus. Nearby to attraction location, such as Masjid Agung An-Nur, Pekanbaru Mall, Senapelan Plaza, Sukaramai Trade Center. Highly recommended to everyone!

for the room facilities are very good, but the employee service still needs to be improved. I asked the employee who was cleaning in front of the room about the AC which was not cold, instead he told me to go back and lower the AC temperature, which I had done before asking. When I asked to check the AC, he said that the AC was like that when it was first opened it was not cold. Very bad service, instead of helping immediately, he told me back 🤔 And when checking out, the things I brought were very many, but the employees outside just laughed and chatted without helping. When leaving the car was already moving and wanted to get out, the front officer just stood up and only moved his hand without helping our car out. Different from other hotels where if I bring a lot of stuff, the employees will definitely help me immediately and when I want to get out, the security guard immediately stands up and directs the car out of the hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful..there is a welcome drink upon check in..close to the mosque and the city center..breakfast is quite good because it is fasting and breakfast is replaced at sahur time..

It's quite good... the location is in the city and close to culinary places, you can just walk to it, it's close to the mosque, there aren't many choices for breakfast, it's neat and it feels okay... when we stayed overnight it was under renovation, there was always tea and coffee in the lobby and it was free... it's quite a substitute for not having tea or coffee in the room.
