The bedsheet smells, the sheets have never been changed. Even though I asked for the pillowcase to be changed, the pillow still smells. Surprisingly, all the pillows smell. The room smells, the bathroom smells. I complained and the staff came and just sprayed for a while 😔. The room is noisy, the sound of visitors coming and going in the hallway, even the sound of vehicles on the highway is noisy. Other Amaris are not like this.

Staying at Amaris Nusa Dua for 4 nights here experienced an unpleasant incident. My room was forced into from the outside and banged on non-stop for about 4 minutes at 3 am WITA by a group of study tour groups. The hotel's response was slow when called and did not follow up at the time of the incident. In the morning I just followed up and then followed up but it was not resolved in a civil and ethical manner, please until now I am waiting for his good intentions, security is very bad.

Very noisy until 4am then start to be quiet. But at 6. Noisy again. Bed sheet does not clean and has stain on it. Breakfast has to fight with a lot of teenagers who does not want to que for food. The room soundproof also very bad. I can hear neighbor phone vibration

Thank you Amaris Hotel, next time if I go anywhere, I will just stay at Amaris, the facilities and service are really good, I never buy water, the dispenser is already available so I just need to refill it, I stayed for 5 days near the Nusa Dua Convention so that I could access the concert nearby, thank you.
