we had a very bad and dangerous accident in the restaurant which my wife fallen on her back because of the wet floor and had not wiped or marked as wet surface. She hurt her back completely, almost fell with her head smashing to the floor. What Kind of hotel did not wipe their area clean??? After that the hotel had no emergency measures, Nor any Medical assistance whatsoever, and we had to walk to our room on our own. All the staffs just looked at us and Offer no assistance. I asked for an ICE pack and they came so late after 20 Minutes, with ice inside plastic bag!! What kind of hotel doesnt have an emergency medical assistance?? The manager even suggesting not to go to the hospital, and didn't even come to our our for a simple apology! Really a very terrifying experience and serves as a notice for every guest that want to book This hotel. obviously this hotel is NOT recommended at all!!

Breakfast facilities. Monotonous menu and only chicken vegetables as the main dish. With a net price of 500,000+ the menu should be more complete. Suggestions are more varied with meat, fish. Thanks.

Always choose Amaris every time I go out of town because the price and service never disappoints. This is the second time staying at Amaris Setiabudhi, for the service everything is OK. The difference with other Amaris is that you don't get amenities like coffee, tea and sandals, you only get 1. But the others are OK 🙂
