The staff was very friendly. The room was so clean. Affordable price with BIG room, King size bed, bath tub, hot water, cool AC, and delightful breakfast. The atmosphere was calming. Good choice for a family with kids.

The second day the water was not hot and there was a mold on the ceiling of the shower and the glass art on the bathroom was Abit creepy, the room was nice it was big and cozy.

Staff were friendly however bathroom needs to be fully upgraded, floors werent mopped, shower was leaking and very rusty, toilets were not fully scrubbed, ants were on the bed sheets and sofa. Bed sheets need to be rewashed. Curtains also need to be cleaned. Poor maintenance, however the space was awesome.

Water heater nya ga bisa, setelah di benerin bisa sebentar aja. Pas mau dipake lagi gabisa lagi. Kolam renang di dalam kamar nya kotor, bathub nya ga bisa isi air, karena kayak bocor terus bagian tutupnya. Ga expec lebih sih, cuma kalau kolam kotor seengga nya bathub dan air panas bisa. Ini bener2 gabisa di pakai keduanya.

The room is quite spacious. Really. The only thing I can't stand is with the cleanliness especially the bathroom. Molds like almost everywhere. Phone line is not working, TV remote is not working. I couldn't even manage to sleep there and ended up stayed over somewhere.

Fasilitas baik hanya tidak terawat. Saat pertama kali datang, kamar sangat kotor. Sprei dan selimut tidak di pasang dengan baik, selimut banyak noda, lantai terasa kotor, dan wastafel mampet.
