We decided to stay with Anugrah for a day but let me tell you experience was amazing, this hotel location is very convenient, check in front office team is extremely friendly and caring, they upgraded our booking to a better superior room on their own. Room was amazingly clean, we got some welcome drinks, cookies, amazing team bags and welcome cakes in our room. They have 24x7 room service, restaurant staff and food is simply amazing, very reasonable, hygienic and tasty, entire hotel staff is amazingly Courtois and helpful. Beautiful spa and can easily say the best hotel I have ever stayed in Indonesia. Highly recommended for family trips

Not according to the photo, the corridor lights are off like a ghost cave. Borrowing an iron is not allowed, borrowing a bowl takes 2 hours to arrive. Small parking lot. The most disappointing thing is the staff named Julianti who is chaotic

Hotel staff still need to learn more about serving customers with more care and attention. I had an unpleasant experience at breakfast with many guests queuing and seats not being directed so it was uncomfortable.

Bed sheet not change, there is bad smell from previous guest … disappointed 😤😤.- order meal (Soto ayam) at kayu manis restaurant take soo long to wait and finally when arrived it was cold soup not hot ☹️☹️☹️

I've only stayed at ⭐ once, breakfast was arranged in batches, when the batch schedule was I arrived early, but I didn't get a table, I was told to sit in the cafe room next to the restaurant, which was of course far from the reach of the food place.

The service is not very friendly and does not respect the guests too much, when I booked a room it took too long, when I queued, those who had just arrived were given priority, the reason I asked why I came first but was not served, the reason was that the man booked with Traveloka and was told to wait and I complained several times before being served.

I stayed and booked 2 suites when I arrived at the reception, 1 room was not available and was switched to the presidential suites but with the condition that I had to pay a charge of 400 thousand even though this mistake was not from my side and previously there was never any confirmation from the hotel or the app. Very unfortunate! Yes, even though we were finally given a cake as a form of apology, I was still a bit disappointed with the service.

I booked 3 non-smoking rooms, but when I checked in I was informed that only smoking rooms were available for superior rooms, so I ended up upgrading to Duluxe by adding 600 thousand for 3 rooms. Parking was a bit difficult because the location was small and we were forced to park outside. The restaurant was also small and breakfast was divided into 3 sessions, and even then there were still some who didn't get a table.

Comfortable, clean & fairly soundproof room. Clean shower room. Comfortable bed mattress. Breakfast menu is quite varied & tastes good. It's just that the food that has run out is not refilled even though there are still 40 minutes left for breakfast. The price of food & drinks at the coffee shop is quite affordable. Security is not very friendly.
