The location of the hotel is very strategic, close to the Harbor Harbor Ferry Batam, entertainment and shopping centers. The rooms are spacious, clean and the reception staff are friendly and the breakfast is good. complete with swimming pool, fitness and zumba classes and others. Recommended to stay at Tre Beloadge batam.

Staff miss ammi was very friendly and helpful. Front doorman approachable and had friendly chat. The room aircon was not so cold but bearable. Could be better.

Quite comfortable for a hotel. There was a deposit of 300k but at that time I didn't really carry cash, I only had 100k in my wallet because I was the type of person who rarely carried cash. But the receptionist is allowed to make a non-deposit. Overall it's okay, comfortable.

Upon check in was told my booking was for one twin and one king, when I showed them my voucher it's for 2 king, they still insisted it's twin and they are fully booked. Told them will come back after 2pm for check and I want my room type that I paid for, later the bathtub for 556 was not clean properly still have the bath gels from previous guest, my lock in side the room cannot lock. Aircon was not working, had to call them to fix the issue. Today evening came back no bath towels after they make up the room, the in room telephone cannot be used had, to walked down to inform them, it's the worst hotel that I have stayed in. There was not even any service recovery given for all the hassle and time waiting for all this to be solved, requested near to each other, given me so far end and I'm travelling with elderly parents that cannot walk so far.
