Facilities are good; The swimming pool, lift and environment are very clean, but for the room is different with pictures showed on traveloka, just don't meet the expectations and I hope it could be better, also for parking fee is count per hour with no maximum.

The service is friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, plus 2 air conditioners in 1 room make the room super cool and comfortable, there is a swimming pool and fitness center, only there is no soap provided for bathing, you have to bring your own soap from outside.

The electricity token ran out, it smelled of cigarettes and lots of cigarette butts. Use a deposit of 200,000.

Lumayan lama stay di unit ini karena ada kerjaan sehingga memilih hotel yang paling dekat dengan project. Lokasi yang sangat bagus dan unit apartment yang bagus membuat saya yakin memilih tempat ini. Sangat disayangkan sekali dengan fasilitas di dalam kamar yang saya dapat. Kotor dan tidak terawat. Mungkin perlunya pengawasan terhadap unit-unit yang kalian sewakan. Sore saat saya check in saya langsung meminta ganti sprei karena noda yang begitu banyak kepada cs nusalink, CS melempar permasalahan tersebut kepada staff lapangan. Staff lapangan bersih keras kalau itu baru diganti denga bukti foto yang saya kirimkan. Sampai saya checkout sprei yang saya minta juga tidak kunjung hadir. Handuk yang di janjikanpun tidak ada. Memang benar handuk tersedia 2 di kamar namun yang satu itu kotor sekali dan basah. Kalau masalah ke bersihan jangan berharap banyak. Debu di lantai sangat terasa sekali, tidak hanya disitu hampir semua furniture yang ada di dalam unit pun berdebu. Niat dong kalau mau bisnis kaya gini. Sayang banget cuma karena kurang pengawasan serta perawatan anda buat para tamu kecewa. Hopefully kedepanya kalian lebih baik lagi ya NusaLink Management dan team. Kontrol petugas kebersihan anda dan unit yang anda sewakan. Uangnya maukan? Masa kontrol dan menjaganya tidak.
