quite suitable for the price, the location is in the mall area.. but if you bring a family with children, it might not be suitable because the smell of cigarettes can still be felt (there is no non-smoking), the signal is a bit difficult but it is helped by the hotel's wifi (as long as it's not when it's full like last Eid so the wifi is slow), and you have to pay for parking because the hotel is in a superblock mall area (not bad if you stay more than a day)

clean room, cold AC, bathroom has hot water, got 3rd floor, recommended, even though parking is paid, breakfast is okay and delicious, next time I'll stay at LG if I go to CRBN, maintain it, continue to improve the quality. Thanks

Some minor but slightly annoying conditions: - there is no information on the shampoo and soap dispenser. - there is no jet shower in the toilet, not suitable for small children who are not yet independent.

Every month min. Stayed here twice but 1/6 of the time I always had to ask for towels and mats, not to mention having my ID card held was annoying.

The bathroom floor was slippery, the toilet couldn't wash because there was no water in the morning. There is no hot water, parking costs 2000 per hour. Really bad.

Non-smoking room, but the staff themselves smoke around the lobby automatically, the smell goes everywhere, including entering the room all night, the smell of cigarettes sticks to clothes. Basically bed smell.

Check in process no issue, fast and easy. The room smell kerosene. The wall is dirty. The linen and bedcover has some spots, dirty. The bathroom also dirty. The breakfast is so-so, with the price, there's nothing more we can expect actually. Check-out process no issue. Fast and easy.

Lokasi jadi unggulan hotel ini, Akses mudah, berada di area pusat perbelanjaan dan kantor. Ruang kamar kurang kedap dan tidak ada fasilitas pemanas air untuk minum di kamar, jadi kurang cocok jika bawa anak kecil.

For a comfortable staycation, especially going to the mall, just cross the road, breakfast is worth it for that price, for those who bring motorbikes, just prepare parking money because you park with the mall, stay on the ground floor, wifi is safe, AC is super cold, great, hot water is okay 👍. The service is good, the receptionist is friendly, the service room is clean and tidy and fast, the service at the breakfast place is also friendly, next time I hope I can come here again if I want to hang out at the mall
