The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean, the surrounding hotel is clean, just input, if possible a small closed trash can is in the room, the outer glass window should use curtains even though it is already at a height but it is uncomfortable to sleep so that it can be closed at night, if possible, it can be renovated even though it is small, the important thing is the bathroom inside which is not yet. There is a bathroom, because even modern boarding houses are now narrow if the bathroom is inside. People also choose, thank you and this hotel is a subscription every time they go to Mkssar even though they rarely go to Mkssar. Always be successful Arawa traveler's Inn, I will definitely stay again.

Sorry, but the bathroom smells really bad. Really smells. The sheets and blankets are really dirty, lots of dirty spots, the price on the app after the promo is still more expensive than the price at the hotel.

Good hotel near the airport and shopping places, but not enough air freshener (musty smell), not enough water heater for coffee, the swimming pool doesn't work and the car park isn't big enough. Please repair and improve the service.

Sabun padat: Ada. Sikat gigi: Tidak ada. Pasta gigi: tidak ada. Kamar bocor karena hujan: Air yang masuk ke kamar lumayan banyak, dan genang di lantai. Minta ganti kamar katanya kamarnya masih di rapikan padahal sudah jam 15.00 wita gimana ya kalau ada tamu hotel datang jam 14.00 pasti belum bisa masuk kamar, karena sampai jam 15.00 masih dibersihkan. Check in jam 11.00 harus tambah biaya Rp. 50.000. Harga segini relatif mahal sih untuk kelas dormitory. Nambah dikit aja sudah dapat kamar di standar di hotel lain. Saat itu Hotel lain Rp. 300.000an. Akhirnya hari ke 2 pindah ke hotel ini. Kamar mandi di luar (dormitory) kotor sekali, dan kayaknya emang jarang dibersihkan. Kipas angin di toilet tersebut berisik banget. Di kamar tidak ada tempat sampah. Bed quality lah.

Kamarnya yang lantai 1 cukup bagus dan luas. Tapi agak pengap, saat pertama masuk terasa bau jamur dan lembab. Shower nya tidak kenceng, cenderung pelan sekali. Tidak ada breakfast.
