Hotels in Karet Tengsin

Bed sheet, duvet and pillow case not change, bed broken in room B, TV not working propely, I asked about Late check-out till 1 /2 PM to Mr. Lucky (front office male), he will charge us IDR 100.000 every hour, after I asked bout LCO, front office staff call us again to inform the check-out time is 12 PM. They're not communicated each other? The staff not use name tag, not even greet the guest. Except HK male in the lift, security and FB male in restauran.

Unfortunately Air Conditioning not too cool.

Always amazing! The staff are friendly, the food also tasty and the location of the hotel is just perfect!

I was got up on my bed just because a staff knocked our door at 2AM! Very terrible! He was asking only my deposit which is he can really do that in the morning, why he had to come that time? This is the terrible case ever.
