The hotel's location is quite strategic, close to Transjakarta access, close to the mall too. The staff service is also friendly and helpful. It's just that I don't like the atmosphere of the room which has a very retro theme, actually it's good, but because the area is also quiet, I feel a little uncomfortable.

No wifi even they say in application there is wifi. No glass at all in the room, water bottle only one usually they give two, no soap at all in bathroom when we ask to receptionist. They act not in good way and no smile. This is the first time Arimbi don't give good service usually the service is good several year ago. Now is worst.

The room is quite spacious with a refrigerator. But the AC isn't cold at all. Check in at 10pm complaining hot AC at 12pm. Can't change rooms, can't fix the AC either, have to wait in the morning to repair the AC. Very lacking in service. It's hot in the room until it's sweaty. The charger plug doesn't even have to be under the TV table and you have to unplug the night light.

The hotel is an old building, without an elevator, the hallway is full of glass. The bathroom has no bidet hose, no mat and amenities other than towels. For the mat and water heater I had to ask the receptionist. The sheets/blankets in the room were not clean because at night we slept a bit with itchy bumps in the morning. The location is next to Alfamart, in front there is a food court and warteg, you can walk to the Penvil mall.

The first time I arrived at the hotel, the impression was gloomy because the lighting was lacking. The check-in process is fast but uses a 100k guarantee. Oh yes, you can upgrade to a superior room only given a deluxe room. Okay. But the lighting is not bright enough. In the. The room has no cupboard, only 2 hangers, there is a refrigerator and heater but no cups and coffee and tea sugar sets. No mineral water. No trash can in the room and no. Mat provided. AC works well. There is a TV but many of the channels are blurry. For standard hygiene. The bathroom is ok. Spacious, there are towels, shower works well. Standard service for me who only stays for an ordinary rest. But what makes it less comfortable is that there are no mats and proper trash cans in the room and the lighting is not bright enough. Oh yes, because breakfast is not provided, there is an Alfamart next door, in front of the hotel there is a warteg and food court, as well as a Pejaten mall which can be reached on foot. There is a swab location next to the hotel that operates from 7 to 9 pm with the fastlab application. To check out is also easy.
