I came early bird before the check in time. Blessed me, I allowed to enter the room at 12 o'clock without extra charge. The room, swimming pool and restaurant was clean. Unfortunately, at breakfast time, there was no standby staff on buffet to serve the food. Some customers was waiting for the staff and the other took the food by themselves (re: covid-19 protocol didn't run well). Hotel rate was very affordable because I got on Epic Sale time 💕

Everything is ok and good. Except there are some buffet menus that lack taste. I also failed to get 2 adjacent rooms. Same with the price of extra breakfast for children. Not cheap 😣

This hotel is very comfortable, clean, tidy, and suitable for families, especially when I bring children and babies. The room is very comfortable for children to play on the floor because it is covered with thick carpets. The location is also very strategic, close to the shopping center. The staff service is very good because all are friendly, the best. The food is very varied, the staff at the restaurant also serve very well and respond quickly. The hotel staff is friendly. The AC is not cold, so complaints are immediately resolved properly. Unfortunately the curtains in the room do not fit the window (smaller) so there are parts that are not covered.

Actually I don't want to comment, but hopefully it will be improved, the room is quite good, just standard, the breakfast menu is lacking for Aston's price tag, it's not varied and the taste is lacking, sorry, the fruit is already measured in a bowl, but it's okay if it's not served, it's also normal, it's just a shame that a hotel like Aston is so minimalist 🤭. The only disappointing thing is that we checked out at 9, in the evening when we chatted with CS, they said that we left an odd spot in the part occupied by my husband, they did know where my husband was, CS chatted but it was not explained which spot was which. Even though my husband smoked on the balcony, not inside at all, and when asked which side, what spot was left, the CS didn't answer again,
