Plus: Food for breakfast is good. Lots of variety. There are 3 pools. Nice pool especially for children. Adult pool is very long, very nice. Minus:- No tissue at room. Only at toilet.- No telephone, can't call room to room/operator etc.- Refill water by yourself at room corridor, sometimes empty.- Carpet feels dirty, should vacuum often.- Have balcony but can't open.

1. The hotel is not ready with Google Nest technology. Tried to contact room service several times but no response and finally via WA with a fairly long response;
2. I ordered French fries to be delivered to the room and after waiting for 30 minutes the French fries arrived cold and hard. Whose used food was served to me and I had to pay for it??;
3. I was given used towels again at the swimming pool, is this really your SOP?;
4. The restaurant was overwhelmed serving customers who were having breakfast. At 8 o'clock we went to the restaurant and found that many of the menus were out of stock and not restocked. Outrageous;
5. The cleanliness of the room was ignored. I found large dust that was impossible not to see in the safe area, it indicated that the dust had been there for a long time and was ignored by the staff.

In terms of building, this is an apartment that is used as a hotel
Bedroom:
- we were disappointed because the photo of the booking showed a carpeted room, but our room had no carpet at all.
- the corner of the room under the table was dirty as if it had not been cleaned, and there was unfinished paint finishing
- when preparing to check out we found several tomcats. I reported it to the officer when I wanted to check out
- no bottled water in the room, only a water jug is provided, drinking water can be taken at the dispenser in the corridor
Swimming pool:
The swimming pool is large, there is a children's pool, but the use of the swimming pool is shared with apartment residents
Food: quite tasty but the variety is lacking.
