This's not the first time I stay in this hotel & I always love this hotel. Check in & check out process was so fast, all the staffs were so nice & friendly. The room was so comfy & clean. The food also delicious. This hotel really one of my favorite in town. I definitely will come again & spend time with my family in Aston Makassar Hotel. Keep up the good work & excellent services.!

I had a pleasant stay right from the check in process during stay until check out. Everything went smooth. The hotel had a good standard of health protocol. They have air purifier in each lifts, most of all I really enjoyed the breakfast till now I felt like only aston had a great breakfast among others keep it up! Not only the taste but also the fresh of the ingredients from outlook totally different from others.

Room is spacious with a city view. Service is excellent. Breakfast menus are various and tasty. Easy and quick check in. Staffs are very supportive. I feel an utmost comfort during my stay in this hotel

I had an unpleasant experience staying at the Aston Makassar hotel. I stayed for 4 days and when I had breakfast I couldn't sit at the table that was said to have been reserved in advance, even though until 10:00 am when breakfast time was over the visitors who occupied the table that was said to have been reserved were not there. I have complained about this to the management and they apologized to me, even as an apology they wanted to take me to the airport for free but I refused because of this I have no intention of staying at the Aston Makassar hotel for the rest of my life and one more thing the room is sometimes hot I have trouble sleeping because it uses central air conditioning so it is difficult to control the air conditioning according to the level of coldness that I expect, one of the very unpleasant experiences for me.

Have stayed here many times but this time I was a bit disappointed with the food at breakfast. The white rice was hard and there was a lot of “Lekke” (the hard and yellowish part of the rice that sticks to the rice cooker). Please pay more attention to the chef, because breakfast is one of the important assessments for guests staying.

The most awesome hotel, if you want to swim during the rainy season, you can definitely do it here, there is a sauna. The connecting room really meets our family's needs and the food is delicious and varied.

The reception area is not comfortable even though it is personal.. I met an employee with a very GRUFFY FACE, her name is ANGGUN.. NO SMILE, ARROGANT and tends not to listen to customers. Very rude.. not suitable for a CONCEPT or reception area.. scary...
