Andalan Hotel every holiday to Cilacap, the hotel staff are very helpful and fast response (the room AC was not cold enough, immediately followed up) and the coolest thing is the alertness of the Valet Parking officers. All restaurant menus are ALWAYS satisfying, none are Zonk. However, it is necessary to rejuvenate some of the infrastructure (room towels, pool towels, room slippers should be replaced with non-slippery ones, and the tiles in the lower lobby and stairs to the upper lobby .. are dangerous and very slippery).

Easy check in, no deposit, clean and comfortable room, towels and blankets, although the color is starting to fade, but clean... bf is delicious, and there are quite a lot of menu variations.. if I go to Cilacap again, I want to stay here again.. maintain the quality.. most importantly, the price is still reasonable for high season like this, compared to similar hotels in other cities

My family and I have stayed at this hotel twice and my experience with my family during my stay at this hotel was pleasant from the staff to the security. In my opinion, it would be better if the hallway was brighter because it was too gloomy and tended to be dark. The soundproofing is very lacking, for 2 nights in the room I occupied, I could hear the sound of people moving like chairs and the sound of dok2, I happened to occupy the Delux King Room on the 2nd floor. I hope there will be better changes in the future, what is good can be maintained or improved and what is not good can be fixed again.

One of the best hotels in Cilacap city. The location is close to Alun2 and Teluk Penyu Beach. Staying here is very pleasant, the hotel facilities include a fitness center, swimming pool and restaurant. Friendly for families with small children like me. Good and Recommended.
