Comfy place even the price is not high but the room is clean and good. Just want to give an advice, the staff need to reply and help the customer when they needed or they leave any things there. Over all is good

The hotel staff is unprofessional, when I entered the hotel there were no towels, when I asked for them they said they would have them tonight. It's terrible. No toothbrush or foot towel was provided.

The staff is quite friendly, at that time I took 2 rooms and 1 room's AC was not working, after that I extended another 1 night offline because my activities around the hotel were not finished, the staff moved my room and thank God the AC was working well so I could sleep soundly, it is still recommended because it is quite low budget.

Towels are always empty, hotel but no towels is really strange. There is also no telephone in the room, asking for towels must go to the lobby. Asked the staff and said it was at the laundry and it would be delivered later, eh when I got to CO there was no delivery 😇.

The place is comfortable, it's just a shame that the TV isn't on because all the hotels don't have broadcasts. Even though other hotels had broadcasts, it was good because I stayed at another hotel on Tuesday. We have to ask for towels and bathroom mats ourselves, otherwise we won't get them.
