The location was a bit deep inside, but it's near with about 8 mins walk to a Lotte shopping mall. The place was clean with helpful staffs there to help and guide. A great place to stay.

Amazing hotel for a cheap price. It ' s located in the heart of Jakarta and you can easily access large malls and government buildings in the area. Room was clean and spacious enough, everything was working as intended. Bathroom may feel old, but it was clean and hot water works nicely. The best part of the hotel was, however, the staff. The staffs are all accomodating, from the receptionist to room service. I came with several large luggages and they happily help unload it from the car, reload it to the car, bring it to the room, and take it from the room. 90 % of the time when I exit the hotel, there ' s always someone opening the door for me. It was one of my best experiences and I highly recommend the place.

Only stayed there for 1 night. The room is decent and the bath room is clean (the exhaust fan didn't seem to work tho).

I like the services. The hotel is quite quiet, it 's a nice place to stay. Room is clean. Only one minus point is the water pressure ☹. This has caused me to think twice for revisit the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at avissa. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The hotel is very close to lotte avenue. Best affordable choice in the south jakarta.
