I chose this hotel because of its location. Just very near to shopping centers and city's landmarks. But unfortunately access to hotel was quite difficult. There were hundreds of motorcycles parked on the side of the narrow access road making it so difficult to get through. And a big was cement truck suddenly appeared from the opposite side, gave me such a hassle to get to hotel. Good thing that the hotel staffs were so helpful with the valet service so I didn't have to set for another battle of finding a parking spot. The hotel itself was quite nice, I had a short one night stay here. I was given a smoking room, even though I didn't ask for it. They then sprayed some aerosol stuffs to reduce the smoking smell. But I had good rest at night. Bathroom area had separate doors for shower and toilet. I would suggest to remove both doors and put just one door separating the bathroom and bedroom area though. Staffs were friendly and helpful especially during check in and check out. I didn't had breakfast there since I preferred to check out early and find breakfast in the city. Overall it was an okay experience

Hotel in the city center
Atmosphere/Facilities: Modern minimalist hotel, very close to the mall.
Food: Breakfast is relatively complete, try the Waga coffee, it's delicious
Staff Assistance: Staff are friendly and helpful
Highlights: One of the most important things for me who loves culinary but sometimes it's not a priority in hotels. Definitely come back to Awann Sewu because of this service. Because I often go out of town for work so I don't have time to taste the city's culinary specialties, GoFood is the solution
Price: Reasonable price, especially if you don't order too close 😂

What needs to be highlighted is the friendliness of the front officer, especially Mr. Ray. Serving special requests from hotel guests regarding special diet foods in a friendly manner. As well as the kitchen team who has made breakfast according to the diet menu, delivered to the room on time for 4 days staying at Awann Hotel. The restaurant area is cozy and very good. Security is always on standby at the entrance, helping hotel guests who have just arrived. Each bathroom is divided into 2 cubicles with glass as a barrier.

The staffs are helpful and gave attention to the needs of the hotel guests, kind of food for breakfast are commensurate for price per night, parking space is quite limited and would be challenging if stays during holiday seasons.
