I stayed at Bale Dikara for one night and it was amazing. I love the interior and decoration. The room is tidy and clean. The beds are good and the food is delicious. I got an amazing experience when i stayed here.

I spent two nights with my parents at Bale Dikara. The villa is located in a residential area but close to some well-known restaurants in Bandung. The room was very clean and the staff were so helpful. The owner was also very friendly and ready to assist. It has complete facilities inside the villa, like toiletries, internet, refrigerator, cooking utensils, etc. Overall, we had a great time staying in Bale Dikara. At first, we really worried about the access as it was so steep but at the end it was still manageable and the owner even offered a help to take us passing the uphill. I will recommend this villa for people who want to stay in a quiet area but still close to Dago street. It was definitely a pleasant stay for my family. Thank you also for the cute plant as a souvenir at the end of our stay. Love all details in this place.

We are very happy to stay at the villa, the staff, the owner are really nice. The villa it self is really great, clean, comfy, good location and there 's plenty of good restaurant near the villa. Our family have a great time there and even they are pet friendly, of course the pet owner have to take care the property. Definitely will come back!

The service was great, friendly caretaker, nice remote location, local shop nearby, clean house. The thing is, from the back neighborhood it was quite smelly, perhaps from the goat's manure, and sometimes a strong scent of 'jengkol' also made our relaxing time quite disappointing. We love the quiet and peace, also since it was quite a downhill place the view was not as spectacular as we expected. The breakfast was quite disappointing also, we expected great things from previous reviews, but they were only the same fried rice over and over, it tasted good, but not special.

Bale Dikara is indeed located in the village and directly intersects with residents' homes.
Do you compare it with staying at a hotel? large yard? or you stay at a hotel on the 5th floor and above?
When you stay at a hotel there is a star standard. Bale Dikara is just an ordinary house and the assessment is only from guests who have stayed. So we think your expectations are too excessive.
And there have never been any of our guests complained as you wrote in your review.
Regarding breakfast, for our guests who exceed 1 day stay, we will always ask first for breakfast the next day and we will give you a choice.

This is our second stay at this fabulous villa. The owner and the daily caretaker, pak Ian, are very friendly and attentive to our needs and happiness. The villa is spacious, clean and well-maintained. The bathroom is beautiful with mosaic ceramics and an antique wooden vanity. We love the full kitchen where we hangout a lot to cook simple meals. All and all, this is one of our most favorite villas in Bandung and we will definitely come again and again.

The surrounding so pleasant, you can hear sound of sheeps, birds and cocks nearby in the morning. Just recall me back to the place when I was little. There are some good cafes nearby like warung lela and the stone. The service also superb .

It was last minute decision to stay overnight in Bandung. Scrolling around for 5 people space, we found this lodge. It was great deal to have whole lodge for my family, complete with kitchen, bathroom, and five bedrooms (additional 200K) with breakfast compare if I chose two rooms in hotel. The staffs were very nice, comfortable beds, clean place and freaking cozy kitchen set! Will definitely to stay in this place again with my whole family gang! 💙💙💙

What a joy it is to find a place like Bale Dikara, this one is without a doubt our absolute favorite. I must admit this is a one of a kind lodging destination! Beautiful rooms and kitchen, quiet and well taken care of, also the owner is very welcome. We will definitely back, we love it.
