Hotel facilities are pretty well maintained. But rooms' condition needs to be upgraded. Chipped door trim and tables, ragged towel, moldy grout in the bathroom and stained toilet bowl.

This is truly the best hotel. What I like most is the excellent service. When I first checked in, the receptionist invited me to see which room was suitable. She was really friendly. The room was spacious, the bed was spacious. The AC was cold. I slept very well. The bathroom was the best. The food was also delicious. Every corner of the hotel is unique. I will come here again next time I go to Bali.

The staffs were very responsive in taking care of our 1 a. M. Check-in, fixing lighting and extra necessities from housekeeping. However, all four rooms need to get refurbished: chipped tables, dirty grouts in the bathroom, stained closet, and worn-down towels/linens. Such a nice decorated hotel that just needs proper maintenance and care.

I believe there is a problem with the air handling unit system/centralized air conditioning. The floor and blanket/bed are always moist during day and night time even though the AC temperature was set to 28-30 Centigrade. I had to leave the window open in order to reduce the moisture, but to no avail. We stayed with our little kids and this condition was not safe for them as the floor was slippery. All my colleagues who stayed in building 2 level 3 experienced the same problem. This hotel is out of my list when planning to visit Bali again in the future.

Recommended hotel, easily accessible location, good service. Rooms are quite spacious & clean. Food is also delicious👍. It's just that the room is not soundproof, so the sound from outside is very clear. But overall it's really good👍👍

The worst 4star hotel I have ever stayed. It ' s noisy at 2am in the morning. A big crowd outside my room was talking for more than 2 half an hour, which made me unable to fall asleep in 2am! And the staff just explained it was because of check-in. They offered no solution for me. Also the smell in the room, the towel, everything bad. If possible, I will give 1/10 for the hotel.

From the first time I checked in, the wifi could not be used. So the TV could not be used either, because the hotel wifi is connected to the TV. The FO staff were overwhelmed handling the existing problems, because there were only 2 people in charge. While there were several complaints and last minute check ins coming. Until the guest could enter the FO counter to ask something. The FO staff were very friendly, even though there were many guests to handle, they still smiled friendly. The cleanliness of the room should be given more attention, especially in the bathroom because the gaps between the door and the glass were very dirty. The color of the bath towel was almost the same as the color of the door mat, the condition of the bath towel was pathetic. The WA hotline seemed to be ignored, because I had time to WA but was ignored and not replied to. Overall the service staff was good, the hotel location was okay but the facilities and maining staff should be the focus of the management. N in regard to wifi, please make sure the hotel's wifi works properly due to gst rent the room including all the facilities.
