Awesome hotel to staycation, friendly staff, complete room facilities and comfortable room atmosphere. The food is delicious and the portions are big. Natural scenery, fresh mountain air, animals are free to roam in the habitat. Highly recommended to staycation with family, especially with children

This hotel is very close with Taman Safari Prigen and the location is surrounded by beautiful mountain views with fresh & cool air. The view of wild animals from hotel room balcony is amazing. The hotel provides interaction sessions with animal giraffes, elephants and ponies horse, that give us unforgettable experience especially for children. The food is also delicious, the rooms are also clean with spacious space. We will come back again for sure

Comfy and clean, room a little bit small, Breakfast was great and delicious (one a la carte main course and lot of buffet menu) all the staff super generous and kind the animal safari also great surely will stay again.

Very nice place to stay. Kids just love it. Good activities for kids like story telling session, feeding animals, get in touch with the animals. Very recommended for family holiday

Small room, poor room cleanliness, lots of dirt under the bed.
Complete facilities but too much to pay, and the price is a bit expensive.

For the bathroom and shower floor should be made non-slippery. Because it is less safe if the floor is slippery. Maybe the floor needs to be considered again. Overall the view is good. For the breakfast menu, it needs to be added variety with that price per person equivalent to a 4/5 star price.

the experience was quite good, the place was quite clean although the mattress was a bit itchy. the experience was fun being able to play with the animals there. the staff seemed less enthusiastic, maybe because it was low season. the food was quite tasty (at least not a fail).

Having breakfast with giraffes was an unforgettable experience! However, the room could have been cleaner and was a bit dim. Unfortunately, I left my personal bathroom amenities under the shower, and housekeeping couldn't locate them, which was disappointing because they were quite expensive.

Staying here is quite pleasant and all t. The staff is friendly and the food menu is quite varied and delicious but the playground is not well maintained because many are damaged and seem old. But it is still worth it for that price
