A lovely little hotel with a stunning rooftop eatery, standard room facilities and a good breakfast menu. Best of all an ideal location that makes me stay there every time I travel to Palembang. Just few steps away from PS mall, PSX mall, Siloam hospital, Palembang Icon mall, Panties Pizzas and lots of good bakeries. All in a very reasonable priced package.

the size of the room ordered the 2nd for my sister
oh dear, there is very little space between the door and the bed
it's hard to put a suitcase
it's very different from the one on the 4th floor that I got, I could still sit on the floor
the first service was good, even the wifi password was given
the second one was not like the first one, the wifi and password were not explained
for the PR staff, please improve your service

it's only close to the mall, you can walk to activities
Suggestions: The hotel should be upgraded
in-room facilities such as TV, sheets, blankets. Please update the blankets, they are already hairy and rough
the bed is already torn and there is a lot of dust on the bottom

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed here. Because the location is strategic near the mall. And the price is quite pocket-friendly. For those who are far from the city, this hotel is highly recommended if you are lazy to go home. Hehe
