check in & check out fast .. staff service is friendly and quick when guests have needs ... family room without air conditioning is already cold because the weather in Bukit Tinggi is cold .. we stayed 2 nights there was room service ... recommended when on holiday in Bukit Tinggi .. the price is really worth it .. pocket friendly, maximum service

Disadvantages: 1. The room is not soundproof, the sound of people chatting outside the room can be felt entering the room. 2. The hotel looks old or outdated, both the exterior and interior of the hotel. Advantages: 1. Friendly staff, 2. Luckily got a room that didn't require going up or down stairs, so it was friendly for us who brought toddlers. 3. For the price of 260k, we got a very spacious room. 4. The bedroom and bathroom were clean & fragrant. 5. The wifi is fast. 6. Access to the fort & zoo is very close, just walk, great if you bring children to the zoo. 7. Comfortable and cool sleep even without AC. Recommended hotel, as a guest I felt more advantages than disadvantages

Disadvantages: Superior type with a price of 500 thousand 1. The room is not ceramic 2. There is no AC. If you use exhaust, there is a lot of dust in the room and it makes your throat sore 3. Breakfast is delicious but there is not much variety, only fried rice and some snacks Advantages: 1. Staff service is very good 2. Strategic location close to tourist attractions

The hotel staff is friendly, I was hesitant when I saw people's reviews saying the hotel staff were unfriendly, but it turned out to be untrue. Everyone was friendly and the service was excellent. I will come here again next time I travel to Bukittinggi.

The point is the hotel is very good with the price of 270 thousand you can get a good hotel. God willing, next time I will stay here again. But KL can give a discount or the price can be lowered even more, it will be even better

When checking in, you have to deposit 100 thousand/ID card for the duration of your stay, even though you have already paid in full from the app. It's a bit awkward, because I've never experienced a 5-star hotel like this where they have to deposit or hold an ID card. For me, this is a bit uncomfortable.

As the name suggests, the location of this hotel is next to Fort de Kock, so if you want to visit the fort, just leave the hotel directly to the fort. If you want to go to Jam Gadang, the distance is not far, you can reach it on foot. I booked a Superior type room, the size is quite wide, in the room there is a living room, coincidentally I didn't have the documentation. During my stay here there were no complaints whatsoever.

Very pleasant. We got a very spacious room for the standard type, in room 306, there was a balcony too. Great hot water, big bed, and smooth wifi. Will be returning to Kenisi again while visiting the hills.

Saya itu tadinya ambil kamar yang biasa tp karena panas ngga ada ac saya uppgrade ke yang ada ac nambah 150rb sama costjmer servicenya, buat kamar seharga 500rban breakfast nya cuma nasi goreng saja yang diantar kekamar sangat tidak sepadan dengan harga kamarnya, harusnya harga segitu breakfastnya udah ke restoran ini kalau nasi goreng doang ya sekelas losmen yang harga 200rban 😁.
