The hotel is beyond doubt. Only the elevator facilities are limited to only 2 elevators for that many floors. The queue to go up or down is really long. In front of the elevator, the AC is also not felt so if you wait too long it is quite hot. Then for the parking lot is also very limited even though it reaches the 6th floor but the parking area is small. When checking in, I got parking on the top floor when I left to go back and forth, the parking lot was full, finally parked outside.

At the receptionist, I paid for an extra bed, waited for 30 minutes and it didn't come, but it turned out the receptionist didn't give any information to the relevant department. Waiting for the elevator was too long both when I wanted to have breakfast and when I wanted to check out. The taste of the breakfast was all bland

When I first arrived there was a bit of trouble, the door to the room wouldn't open, so I contacted the staff. Alhamdulillah the staff was friendly and immediately fixed the key... I also happened to get a room with a view. Alhamdulillah it was really pleasing to the eye. So this staycation was very memorable for me... I want to have another staycation with my little ones. Hopefully next time I want to have another staycation, the service and the room won't change.

When checking in, guests should be asked about their vehicle, because it is related to entry and exit tickets. It would be a shame if you have to pay for parking when leaving the area, right? Then if you want excellent service, ask if the guest has a phobia of heights, in relation to the room placement. Without having to wait for the guest to say that they have a phobia of heights.

Everything is good except for 1, which is the soundproofing of the room. You can often hear people moving tables or chairs in other rooms, the sound is very disturbing. Even in the middle of the night (what if it's a ghost in the middle of the night?) The rest is perfect

The room's AC was not cold, after being checked by an engineering technician, the AC freon was still okay, but the AC was dirty so the outdoor and indoor AC were cleaned and it was cold again, hopefully in the future there will be an AC cleaning agenda, so that it doesn't interfere because when cleaning the AC it is quite noisy.

the elevator is queued because there are only 2.
The road to the upper parking lot is narrow, I didn't dare to park myself. Luckily Valley helped me.
The room on the 32nd floor, the wifi keeps disconnecting, making it uncomfortable.
The network is also unstable for VC.
Late checkout at 3 pm will be charged 200 thousand.
Hopefully I'll have a better experience next time.
