Very near to toll road. Suitable for transit when on road trip with surabaya as transit city. fast check in service and fast check out. Below have coffee shop and fast food, quite convenient.

Having a staycation with my best friend. We also brought our kids. The hotel is family and kids friendly. The staffs are kindly and helpful. The ambiance is comfortable. The room is clean either. We also tried to have a breakfast. The food was also tasty and I preferred the local food. Kids enjoyed the food especially the sweets. There is also indoor playground for the kids. We really enjoyed staying in Best Western Papilio Hotel. Thank you for the great service.

Room was good and clean. But receptionist lady and bell boy and spa service need improvement. 1. Receptionist lady for check in looks like not welcoming. 2. Bell boy not even offering help for guest come down from car with 2 big luggage and 1 small luggage and 1 kids I need to carry all by myself if scared people never give tips maybe hotel management need to put on Notice for bell boy service charges. Not just watching lady guest carry all thing and bring kids there's not only 1 bell boy it was looks like 3 bell boy just watching. Dear management please highlight for this service. Let other guest not facing like what I'm facing this issue. 3. Spa service not friendly I booking by press dial 0 connected to spa service hotline talking not yet finish just put down my calls look like unhappy to serve lady customer. Few minit later massage lady knock my door and looks show unhappy face. Bw please improve your spa service to be professional if unhappy to serve lady customer just reject rather than make people disappointed. Thanks
