We staycation here for 2nights, the best point is this hotel at the middle of Bandung. So easy if you want grab food or go food, for the room spacious, friendly and helpful staff

Full floor carpet is a big yes for me, the window view is nice, and the breakfast is remarkable! It has fast food at the bottom, a mall across the road, and electronic center at the back. The only problem is the inconsistency of hot water temperature in the shower. Other than that, it's a good price for value.

just take the valets service, then you'll have a great stay. big rooms, clean, various breakfast. but needs more arrangements for the restaurant. Breakfast time was overcrowded

On the day of the trekh staying here, the food was actually lacking, because the heavy meals were not ready or what. So we could only order and have them make it for us. Whereas the previous days, the choices were really good and delicious.

First time staying here, the hotel is nice, the service is good and friendly, the wifi is fast and smooth, the swimming pool is warm and can be open until 8 pm, basically I will stay here again if I go to Bandung. Thx.

The hotel is very pleasant, in the city center, near BIP, the warm water pool makes the kids swim continuously without getting cold in the city... And the room service is satisfying, at night I called just to ask if there was something missing or needed to be delivered ๐โบ๏ธ

If you need accessibility, this hotel is beyond your expectation. They provide a wheelchair and the staff was super helpful and kind! The room support for accessibility is great, although it would be better if my room had a shower hose so I can put it down. So I bought a bucket nearby. The location is super strategic for business and leisure travel. You have a minimarket and shopping center nearby. The room was so spacious and the bed was so comfy. They also provide parking service. I will come back again.

The hotel's location is strategic, close to everywhere, the hotel staff is friendly, but unfortunately the parking is a bit difficult. 1 thing I want to correct is that yesterday I got a room with torn sheets, sheets like this should not be used again and it's not neat, put the sheets under the mattress. That's all, the others are safe.. Thank you๐
