It is an awesomeness. I extend my stay here until 10 days. I love the room, the window, the nice smooth white linens. They only serve breakfast by request, but I love their nasi goreng. thank you bianco costel qnd traveloka! will definitely stay here again obe day!

My overall stay here are very pleasant. The place are very nice with simple design yet very clean and comfortable. The employee's hospitality here are all very nice and friendly. Place is quite strategic with several cafes around, especially Third Wave Coffee Co. which is exactly right next to it, and also near to Bogor Botanical Garden. Probably would stay here again next time i'm back in town!

The location is so strategic and don’t forget to visit the thirdwave coffee shop on the right side of the hotel. I love the room, it’s ambience and the design. Love it!

Strategic location near Botani Square, near Bogor Botanical Gardens and access to the Jagorawi toll gate is also not far. What makes it comfortable is that there is a cafe in the same building as the hotel. The coffee is quite good, the fried cassava and shredded meat bread are delicious... perfect for relaxing and short meetings

overall nice, comfortable, clean.
this is my second time here.. but the second time yesterday was a bit less satisfying. because in the room on the 3rd floor I didn't get a towel.. and the upper part of the room wall had 2 holes so it was visible that mice were running through and also the sound of mice was clearly audible.
hopefully the next time I go there it will be better in terms of things like this :)
but the Bianco hotel is really the best, highly recommended👍

The location is in the city areas and nearby Botani Square Mall. The staffs are friendly, the room is clean even though I've got a small room, but unfortunately only for one night.

many mice running around the ceiling of the room, noisy makes it uncomfortable to sleep. I had time to leave the hotel and when I came back suddenly there were mice in the closet

Comfortable but the AC is not cold enough, then there are small cockroaches in the bathroom and room. Maybe it can be sprayed with Baygon or cleaned again before guests arrive.

Nice, fragrant, comfortable, but I chose the wrong room, hehe, it should have been a deluxe room so it would be more spacious, the water is sometimes small, sometimes big, overall it's ok and recommended

In short, I would probably choose a different hotel, given the occasion, or at least a different room. The room (superior room) is tiny, with virtually no room for bags/storage. Soundproofing is also quite poor. AC was leaking inside the room during my stay, just an extra nuisance. On the positive side, it's clean and in a good area.

strategic location, want to have a night coffee there is a kopisop next to it. the service is friendly, the room is quite clean. the most note is 1 maybe the towel should be replaced with a new towel. because the towel looks shabby from being washed too often. so it doesn't look fresh. thanks bianco.
