We love staying in Bigland Hotel Bogor. My husband and I stayed 1 night. The room is clean including the toilet, It's well furnished with new furniture. It also has pretty interior design. We stayed on 20th floor and got a beautiful night view. I think I'll come back next time with my kids.

Brand new hotel, really comfortable and satisfied. resto and swimming pool in one area, so we can swimming directly after breakfast. food are lots of variation and delicious. will be back to this hotel for short holiday...

The parking staff are not friendly, don't try to lose your parking ticket, no matter you are a customer you will be scolded by the parking staff, maybe I will try this hotel again and see if there is any change or not

Location in the center of the town, near Botany Square too. The room was clean but unfortunately some pillows smelled bad so I just sprayed perfume to get rid of the smell. Food in breakfast was good and had a varied menu from Western and Nusantara.

take a room in the royal suite, the room is clean, nice, comfortable, the hotel staff are all friendly.. the mattress is nice and comfortable. the most favorite is the compliment, wow, there are pringles, kit-kat, hydrococo, use mineral water in glass bottles, tea and coffee, etc. it's like a 6-star hotel. the kids are very happy.. the only thing that's unfortunate is the access in and out is far. have to use a vehicle, then because this is an apartment model, even though it's luxurious, it still feels like an apartment.. the rest is nice. oh yes, the restaurant and swimming pool are in one so if it's high season it will definitely be very crowded. the taste of the restaurant is not very varied but it's quite okay

planning to stay 2 nights at this hotel. Access to the hotel can be from Jl Raya Padjajaran Bogor or Ciheuleut. l I bby hotel is located at the bottom and has enough space, but when check-in time with quite a lot of guests it will feel cramped because it is not too spacious. Welcome drinks are available at the receptionist. The room is quite comfortable and clean. but unfortunately why did we know we would stay for 2 nights but were given a room that would be maintained on the 2nd day. so we had to move rooms from the 12th floor to the 17th floor while I was carrying a baby with quite a lot of stuff. although the moving process was assisted by the bellboy but of course this made us a hassle.
the view from the room is quite good, we can get a mountain view and city view. The AC in the room is cold, there is a balcony for just relaxing even though it is not too spacious. for breakfast on day 1 (April 5) it is actually quite varied, but almost the buffet food has a salty taste, my husband gave input to one of the staff about this. Breakfast Day 2 is quite good, there are many food variations, the taste of the food is just right and not too salty, my favorite is chicken porridge, broccoli cream soup and Seafood clear soup. The biryani rice is also delicious.
The staff service is quite good, especially the security guard who is very helpful especially when we ask for directions to the exit from the hotel closest to the location we want to go to.
There is a playground and kids activity almost every day when we stay like playing with rabbits, flying fox, story telling etc.
Because the pool area and breakfast area are next to each other, there are quite a lot of guests who smoke even though there are many children in the pool. It would be better if the smoking area is not close to the pool because there are many children and babies who will be there.
The roof top cafe is quite good and comfortable, the food is also delicious. The live music is quite entertaining and has good interaction with the guests.
For a family vacation, it is very comfortable to stay here and maybe I will make BigLand Bogor my first choice if I go on vacation to Bogor
