The worst service during a lifetime hotel stay, unfriendly waiters, villa policy is very different than usual, luggage lifts itself, asking for help is not pleasant, extra beds are difficult, subject to a high charge, very very bad service. No cable TV. Regret renting here.

We have suggested to do a free cancellation but you refuse. We can't fulfill all your requests because we have informed you in the policy and we have emailed that: Room is only for 2 people, twin beds cannot be moved, excess guests will be charged with/without extrabed, and there is no luggage porter. Please read the property policy before booking and purchase a voucher according to the number of guests staying. Thank you

The guard is not friendly. Children over 5 years old will be charged 400 thousand if they use an extra bed. Don't use an extra bed of 300 thousand. I have said yes. He said the extrabed was out. I asked can I use my car mattress? Suddenly said there was an extrabed. I may not understand the rules there. My advice is if you want to check in, you must call first and ask if there are already 17 people renting? Because the guard said the maximum number of tenants was 17 people.

Thank you for placing an order at Blue Garden Yogyakarta. Mother ordered 1 Twin Bed Room (2 single beds) with a capacity of 2 people Rooms with different capacities will have different prices. When checking in the mother asked to stay 6 people, 2 adults, 2 children over 12 years old and 2 children over 5 years old. Our staff informs you that the room that you have booked is for a maximum of 2 adults and cannot add an extra bed due to the room design. Bringing a mattress from outside is certainly not allowed. By the time our supervisor was about to help finish, my mother had already left the front office. In the booking notes, we have informed that guests contact us 1 day before arrival. We really take care of the comfort of all guests and property in a semi-private environment. Thank you

Exotic place not far from the city of Yogya with a nice walk to the location. Amazing view with swimming pool, rice fields, hills and sunset. Garden with palam trees and flowers make it more fresh. clean and fresh rooms, clean comfortable bathrooms, heavy shower with hot water. Bed linen and blankets are very comfortable. Highly recommended for those who like a natural atmosphere and suitable for working online with good WiFi.

The owner was very very unfriendly and at midnight we came because the three of us were not accepted because the room capacity of the rules could not be three, Want to add extra beds, and finally because at midnight we opened one more room. Very very unsatisfying and disappointing. Not really recommend here. Smelly bathroom, full of mosquitoes, flies please recheck.

After a while I can stay here too, want to review this 1. for the area to the hotel better afternoon or afternoon because if the road is quite small and winding 2. breakfast is normal for the restaurant the price is not expensive but the taste is normal too 3. service okay 4. good hotel room cleanliness only for bed linen, pillowcases how come it smells like it's not replaced with the one who stayed before and until the husband took a car pillow. 5. the swimming pool is still okay for babies over 1 year old 6. the area around is rich in gazebo or a kind of gazebo it is not feasible because there are many big wasps in the flowers and many are rickety wood. That's all from Buaga, Overall, Buaga still can caro spots, dooong 💚

Possible wrong road if the road is winding, the location of the 3km south / UMY ring road, the provincial road is straight paved, enter a 75M straight concrete road from the provincial road. We make sure all the room amenities are new, if there is a smell of iron deodorizer maybe that's what is meant like perfume. If guests inform this inconvenience we will definitely replace. 80% of wood material in our property is used wood / "wood", teak wood with age above 150 years. It looks decrepit to some people but we make sure it is very decent, including one of the Gazebo. There was no wasp nest in our location, wasps, beetles, butterflies, came because the flowers in the gazebo were in bloom, the presence of beetles was a sign that we were not using insecticides and the air quality was very good. We keep the Natural Concept. Thank you

The place is poorly maintained, bath towels and doormats put together on the bed, sachet shampoo, potted plants on the mossy terrace, if you use a hair dryer you must turn off the air conditioner first.

The concept of natural makes some assess less maintained. Which is placed on the bed is a small anduk anduk large, both for legs / body, we provide 2 pax. There is one mat placed on a bamboo rack in the bathroom. The quality sachet shampoo is guaranteed because we use a top brand, compared to using a shampoo that only uses hotel bottles but the quality is unclear. The concept of our property is natural and looks old, natural soil pots without paint allow moss to grow, some statues in the garden are also mossy within reasonable limits. It is written in English with a very large letter affixed next to the mirror, if translated: If using a hair dryer that is not provided by the hotel, turn off the air conditioner. Each room has a hair dryer with adjustable electric power. For online bookings, make sure the number of guests is in accordance with the reservation because if it is excessive it will cause inconvenience when checking in and subsequently will be uncomfortable for other things. Beginning until the hotel is around 7:00 pm and it keeps raining. What is unfortunate is the hotel with the price of half a million is without generator. And during the WiFi WiFi is also dead where the signal there is bad (maybe because of the village) so bored. Buma can lie down not knowing what to do. then the hotel is quite scary according to the beginning until it feels like the test because a lot of trees keep getting really dark. The next morning really sleep there are 2 insects diats pillow and floor. Can you fix it again? In my opinion, that rate is too expensive for a non-equivalent fas.

Blackouts occur throughout Bantul due to strong winds and heavy rain. If the electricity goes out automatically WiFi goes off because the provider's transmitter also goes out, even though we use a battery, We do not provide generators but provide emergency lights for each room. Our homestay is indeed located around a rice field with big trees, quiet and quiet. The rate you get is the discounted rate, you might not carefully read the information we provide on the online site so it doesn't suit your taste. thank you

It is very mystical that the curfew of the electricity goes out, there are no generators, the air conditioner is leaking which keeps the horror with clurit, the TV has no signal, it is not as expected / not recommended. Expensive ice tea, and stingy sugar.

PLN outages occur due to high winds and heavy rain. Our security guards carry cutting tools to cut broken branches that block the road. Our home stay is located paddy field with large trees around it, the swimming pool is immediately adjacent to the rice fields. The rate you get is the discounted rate, you might not carefully read the information we provide on the online site so it doesn't suit your taste. That's why the price of a glass of tea feels expensive for you, drinks are served without sugar, separate liquid sugar, if less sugar can be asked again to the restaurant waiter, 80% of our guests avoid sugar, MSG, Gulatin, vegetable pesticides. Our homestay with the concept of environmentally friendly is not according to taste. Thank you Thank you

Peaceful and comfortable. somehow because I was the only guest on weekdays that day! but, hopefully if the weekend is also still peaceful and comfortable. The food is pretty good. the scenery is okay, according to the one in the photographs scattered in cyberspace. Me and my partner were very happy to be able to stay at the Blma Garden for 2 days, the atmosphere was very comfortable and far from the noise of vehicles and others, the hotel was also not too crowded, the view was beautiful with lots of rice, the atmosphere felt like at home / like in village, staff and owner are also friendly, just want to give advice for housekeeping to be more careful when rearranging guest rooms who want to stay more than a day like paying attention to the toothpaste soap facilities that should be given back, try to make the room look like the first time the person I just wanted to check in, maybe yesterday when I was staying forgot to be given back but I personally do not have a problem just not necessarily for other guests. For food so far so good. Anyway someday I'll come back again! Thanks.

Blue garden is very special, me and my partner really enjoy staying at BG, the place is suitable for those who need quietness not noisy from the hustle of the city, Feels at home, staff and owner are friendly, the views of the village can be really, the cold air at night may be poor due to drought sedung , swimming pool is clean, Food is so far so good, just want to give advice in terms of room service which is still minus, such as lack of soap, toothpaste, towels are not replaced, glasses are not given on the second day, I hope housekeeping is more attentive to guest room service facilities that Check in more than a day because guests pay the same price, And improve the cleanliness of the toilet even though it's not bad, because me and my partner really pay attention to the cleanliness of the hotel, however the experience was very memorable for me and pyi interested more foreign tourists when I stayed, the last I'll comeback again! thank you

Delicious for chilling for broken hearts or hectic work, most guests are Caucasians, the owner is friendly, the staff is so friendly. The lack of warm water in the twin rooms didn't work, but it didn't complain because it happened to be there again hot and hot, overall like ubud taste jogja.
