the location is a hidden gem, but it's comfortable and the atmosphere is calm. the staff is also friendly. make a last minute booking on the day before, look for the cheapest one, in my opinion, in terms of price and comfort, this is the best.

The tomboy staff didn't greet the guests but instead played games. Even though it's a cheap hotel, Jogja is one of the famous tourist attractions in Indonesia. They have to be professional, greet the guests in the afternoon with a smile. But the female staff who wear headscarves are friendly and greet the guests in the afternoon and evening. Comfortable bed, good TV, bathroom according to the price, there is a shower even though it's not hot. Squat toilet because I have a private bathroom.

Entering a narrow alley near Malioboro, a room without AC on the 3rd floor, up the stairs is quite a lot if you have a lot of stuff, especially for backpackers. It's quite clean.

The staff is friendly, helpful with check in. The room is clean, tidy, comfortable but unfortunately the AC is not that cold but it's okay because it's close and you can walk to Malioboro.

For the matter of the dead TV, it would be better if you immediately report it to the guard, God willing, they will immediately help. For the bathroom and toilet, there are already photos when you choose the room type. For welcome drinks and toiletries, we do not provide facilities except for towels that can be borrowed from our receptionist. The staff is friendly, you can check in faster if there is an empty room, the downside is that if you come here from the alley, you have to turn off the motorbike engine and push it, but that's okay, maybe that's the etiquette, so far so good.

It's really worth it because it's that close to Malioboro and Tugu Station, the guesthouse is in a small alley but I think it's easy to find and the alley is also very artsy 💯.

Backpacker with husband from Jakarta, Solo, Jogya & Semarang, here we upgraded the room because we asked for it on the 1st floor. When we wanted to check out before 12 o'clock we had turned off the AC, and had opened the room key to wait for midday prayers, my husband was taking ablution water, The officer knocked on the window and I opened the door, the officer with an expressionless face said it was 12 o'clock, time to check out, I said yes I know. I can pray first. You can say. But I felt uncomfortable due to being reprimanded so after taking ablution my husband and I rushed out of the inn. Thank God, out of the alley there was a prayer room, we could pray in the prayer room. My traveling hobby was tarnished this time, even though last week I came from Jogya because I wanted to get to the culinary delights that I hadn't visited last week, and I came today but didn't feel like going back to this inn again. Sorry, please improve the service. Now it's in St. Monument to go to Semarang.

Can I tell you about the first time you checked in and the room upgrade was complete? You asked about the availability of slippers. Indeed, at Rose Inn, we did not have slipper facilities like a five-star hotel. From the start, this has been an inconvenience for Mother staying at the Mawar Inn, adding to the problems as you mentioned above. What I also need to convey to all guests after 12.00 is that the maximum check out limit is 12.00 and it is permissible to check out late if the room is available and there is a fee that must be paid. Because the room after that must be clear at 14.00 because there will be other guests who will occupy it, so as much as possible we also try to ensure that guests who will occupy the room afterward are comfortable because of the punctuality of check-in hours. That's my explanation, I hope you can understand it. I hope that you will always be healthy, and that your father, who was sick yesterday at the Inn, will quickly recover and be able to return to his activities. Amen. -Fitri-.
