Overall, this hotel is good and comfortable with a very strategic location right in central Jakarta, it is also very easy to go to the shopping center. There are some things that must be considered by the hotel management, the need for SOP and supervision regarding cleanliness, especially in the toilet. I was upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable room because the AC was problematic in the room I booked, there is one similarity that I found in two different rooms ... namely stains on the toilet.

In terms of the building, this hotel is still very good and decent, unfortunately it is not supported by the cleanliness of the sheets (yellow and stained) and the bathroom, such as the bathroom floor and toilet which are not clean, there is rust and stains, it is really very unfortunate.

Have been stayed here for 2 night the space and facilities good but when its come to the bedsheet, comforter, pillow case, toilet its make me headache. The pillowcase, bedsheet and comforter look like not being changed from the previous customer. While the toilet seriously so dirty. If you want to stay here think twice.

Second time staying here, the location is in the middle of the city, close to shopping centers, close to cheap places to eat too. Just a little disappointed because the cleanliness of the room when checking in was lacking, the bedsheet was also stained, there was only 1 towel available, toilet paper was also not available so I had to ask for more, but the staff service was quick to respond to guest requests. Hopefully the next time the bedroom and bathroom will be better maintained. Thank you Cantik Syar'i

The receptionist was responsive and friendly. Housekeeping was honest, I left my wallet behind and returned it. The cleanliness of the sheets and blankets needs to be improved. The wifi is smooth. The AC and hot water are working.

Near the hotel there are many food stalls. Walk a few minutes close to Plaza Indonesia. Next to the hotel there is Alfa. The staff is also friendly. In the room already provided prayer mats and mukena. Only the wifi is a bit slow but overall good for staying a few days. For hot water in the bathroom is only warm not too hot.

I used to always stay at this hotel because it was clean and comfortable but it seems like it's lacking maintenance now. There are lots of small cockroaches in the room and bathroom. It seems like it's under the mattress as their nest because the cockroaches often come out from under the mattress 😭 the sheets are also full of stains.

In 2021 we stayed at this hotel. We chose it because the rating on Traveloka was good and the location was very strategic. At that time my wife and I were sure that if we went to Jakarta we had to stay here again. And yesterday we came again. It seems that this hotel has experienced a decline in quality. The sheets are white but have lots of spots. There are lots of dead cockroaches in the room. The closet is mossy and looks unclean, the water when it was first turned on was a bit colored, the air conditioner in the room was not cold at all. It is very unfortunate that the hotel that is our family's mainstay has experienced a decline in quality. But one thing that has not changed is that the hotel is consistent with its sharia and the location is very close to Jakarta's typical street food.

Lots of cockroaches, dirty sheets, noisy if you get a downstairs room at night. Even though I subscribed to stay here because it was comfortable and clean, but next time I won't be here again. It's dirty with a lot of small cockroaches. I didn't have time to take a photo, I rushed to do it because it was a cockroach 😭

Syari hotel. But not pleasant. Dirty sheets. Towels are shabby and not supportive. Dirty bathroom. The only advantages are easy to find food and close to minimarkets and ATMs.

The room is quite clean, it's just that the sheets have lots of stains when they are changed and the toilet could be checked and cleaned again, there are sticky stains so it's not very comfortable for a location near culinary, malls and others.

The room is comfortable, the AC is cold, only the sheets and pillow cases look a bit shabby, and the bathroom towels look like they need to be replaced, overall I like staying here, there are lots of culinary options lined up in front of the hotel.
