Spacious room, hotel price, ok staff. Room cleanliness is lacking, bathroom is dirty. Must be requested first. No breakfast. Coffee and tea are provided only the place is dirty especially the dispenser. The area around the hotel is poorly maintained.

First experience staying in a hotel with completely inadequate facilities, dirty toilet, dirty floor, only 2 remote batteries given for 3 remotes, 2 between AC and TV, I apologize if possible before guests enter the hotel, the room and toilet can be cleaned first so that guests can sleep comfortably in this hotel. As for road access, it is good because it is easy to find

Here’s the revised version of your review with improved grammar and clarity: I reluctantly write this review as I am extremely disappointed with the service and facilities at this hotel. I stayed for two nights, from December 25th to 27th, and it was an awful experience. First, I was given the dirtiest room, which seemed like it hadn’t been used in a long time. It felt as though they only offered me this room because they assumed I would accept it without question. On the second night, there were issues with the electricity—it kept going off and on for two hours! The receptionist on duty at the time was unhelpful and unprofessional, spending the entire time on his phone instead of assisting me. When I requested a replacement room, he refused, claiming there were no available rooms. However, I saw him give another room to a different customer who was part of a group. His behavior towards me as a customer was unacceptable. This was my second stay at this hotel, but I will never come back again!

Bed sheet is very dirty. The toilet worse ever not consider as an hotel to be dirty and clogged likes that. Not recommended to book. My family and I have been using this hotel from year to year but the facilities is getting worse. Location is perfect. Can be a great hotel with great management and maintain the room cleanliness. Please managament do random inspection gradually to ensure your hotel is ready to welcome guests. I love your hotel but feel bad when bringing family the impression is that bad. Room is smelly. I tried to upgrade room with any aditional cost due to bad experience in room 108 but there was no possibility even many room were offers in traveloka. Very strange as loyal customer but it does not count.

The staff is friendly, the cleanliness of the bed is quite clean, only the bathroom is not very clean, especially the toilet. There is a water heater for drinking but no glasses, coffee and tea. The hotel is actually quite comfortable, only minus the bathroom which may need maintenance. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the service is really fast. When checking in the room, it turned out that the toilet had a bit of a problem, but it was responded to quickly. The facilities are quite good and there is a swimming pool too. Awesome

There are no channels on the TV, the AC remote can't be used, check the sheets, open the sheets and the inside is dirty, if you don't ask for a towel you won't be given a towel.

The hotel staff was very friendly when checking in and checking out. However, when I arrived at the room I saw dust under the bed, table, corner of the room, and there was lizard droppings on one of the beds and it seemed like the sheets and pillowcases had not been washed, as seen from the many black stains.

We went to this hotel because the previous hotel was in the Ubung area, we had an unpleasant problem with the staff. Then got this hotel (Catur Adi Putra) which is actually nice and spacious at the back. Unfortunately parking space for cars is limited. Booked 3 rooms (126, 130, and 131), room number 126 had a greasy floor, because it was late and tired, we didn't complain and decided to just rest. The other 2 rooms have no problems. Just standard Wi-Fi but sometimes it's hard to connect.
