Overall it's ok, the bathroom and bedroom are very clean, only the blanket and pillowcase are a bit dull. Wifi is unstable, hopefully it can be improved. The food tastes quite good. Recommend to stay here again.

I booked two nano rooms, requested for connecting rooms since I stay with my two teenage kids. Hotel staff can manage to arrange side-by-side rooms, since for the room type I booked there is no connecting room. Clean room, all facilities in the room working really well, fast response from housekeeping staff for my needs at night. Nice ambience in the room even it is a pretty small size room. The bed & pillows (hotel provides four pieces per room) were clean and comfy. Bravo CityHub, looking forward to stay here in the next future.

Thank you for the hospitality. It was really pleasant to stay in a hotel which is close to many public places such as mall, city hall, minimarket, food stalls, and many more. I hope there will be another occasion to be here again and again. Keep being nice!

This hotel upholds professionalism regarding cleanliness & discipline. But it becomes rigid with its customers. The housekeeping is very good. Agile, Alert and Responsive. Especially Mr. Darmo who cleans the room.

the room is quite spacious, clean and soundproof, the location is good because it is in the middle of Kediri city, the mall is close, there are also many culinary foods, I usually eat Pak Har's fried rice right in front of Citihub, it opens at night, the taste has not changed since then, it is still delicious.
The hotel staff is quite friendly and helpful, the hospitality is already good, it should be maintained, I recommend this hotel because the price is quite cheap, the location is strategic, the hotel staff are friendly, check in is easy, but there is a deposit of 200 thousand which according to some of my friends is quite large, if possible it can be reduced to 50 thousand maximum, because sometimes we don't have much cash, if we deposit 200 we have to go to the ATM again
