Overall good enough, spaceous room.

Nice clean and friendly hotel, breakfast satisfying.

1. No towel is provided in the bathroom. We call the Customer service several times just to get the answer that the Housekeeping staff already delivered it. After 30 min, the staff hasn't showed up yet, then they said that, they already call the Housekeeping staff, but no one pick up the call. 2. After almost 10 times call, finally the staff showed up, but he only bring floor mat, and not towel. What a terrible service! We have to wait for another 5 min for the towel. 3. When we complaint and ask to see the Manager on Duty, they said the Manager on Duty already gone home? So, there are no Manager on Duty? We had experienced a very bad service from a 5 star hotel. The star should be reviewed.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

It was good time with sriti hotel magelang. The room is clean and comfortable. The surrounding and garden park also good in harmony with the swimming pool for children. The food also good, and overall is satisfied with service and friendliness from the hotel staffs.

This is my 5th time stay here. Nice and comfort as well as ghe locatio is in the city.
