the whole hotel is not up to 3 stars standards. very disappointed experience. food, service cleanliness are terrible

The view is cool from the hotel room but the breakfast menu is very small.

Nice to stay at here but not really friendly for children because too far from asemblly point. Hope this hotel have shutle from asemblly point. Over all recommended with price and view

The air conditioner is less cold, the towel is ugly and not decent, the drains in the bathroom are clogged so that the water after bathing is stagnant, there is no spray of water in the toilet and under the toilet are some cockroach carcasses, the sink doesn't look yellow, there are some insects in the room , the hotel looks less visitors so we feel sleeping in a remote place because the hotel is too quiet plus the hotel position is too far off, even though the night around the hotel area is dark, even the lights have died and the hotel crew is not there until we call one of the crew Made who was on vacation at that time, Made was very friendly and very helpful to us, thank you Made.

The view obtained from this hotel is very good, but unfortunately the facilities are not well cared for. The telephone in the room does not work, so it is difficult to contact the operator or when we want to order food to the restaurant. The food served in my opinion also tastes bad. Good location, u can get best view from hotel, but I did not see the facility before make reservation because there is no TV inside.

We were stayed at Coconuts Beach Resort for a night. I think the wow factor of its property is the view. Overlooking Jungut Batu Beach with crystal clear sea from our cottage window or swimming pool is the best thing that could made refresh our mind and soul. Also we got 50% discount that made our stay at Coconuts Beach Resort were so memorable. Thank you Coconuts Beach Resort.

The hotel staff is quite friendly. The bad thing is the unavailability of WiFi for the top rooms and the very small water discharge, which makes it almost impossible to take a shower. I even had to take a shower in the shower near the pool. In essence, do not select the top room.

The rooms are exactly like in the photo, comfortable, spacious, cool, really recommended, I like it, I will definitely come back here.

the resort was dirty, garden not well maintain. trash everywhere. the staff not so pleasant. the room was dirty a lot of lizard pup everywhere. we need to clean the bed before we could rest after a long trip to find the property. the bathroom so nasty, and dirty and smell of animal pup, the pool was good and has a nice view we enjoy the pool but there was no staff around, we need to look for the staff all around just to order a drink, and takes so long to make the order even though just e view guest in house. when we asked for a towel the staff said there is no towel and they said all towel in the laundry, we was surprise no guest around but there was no towel. very disappointed with the resort, so far away from our expectation, we book the resort for our honeymoon but we don't really enjoy. i don't recommend this hotel to others.

The location is right facing the sea, but if you get a room at the top you have to fight down the stairs to the reception, swimming pool and restaurant.

Suitable for holidays with sea facing rooms. But unfortunately the access to receptionis and restaurant must go up and down the stairs when you get the room above.

Really good. Do not regret staying here, the room directly leads to the sea and connects to the beach. But the room I ordered was a gecko.
