The AC is not cold, the hot water is not hot, the wifi does not work after 12 midnight, the parking is inadequate, does not offer valet, instead the information will be woken up if there are guests who want to go out because the position of the car is 2 rows.

The hotel is quite old with a classic feel, clean, well-maintained and comfortable. If you are a backpacker/family with a low budget and are looking for one not far from the city, this is the perfect place! Towels, soap, but toothbrushes and other things you have to bring your own and mineral water you have to buy. If you want anything, there is a supermarket in front of it which is quite complete 24 hours, coffee shop, sbux, if you want to find anything it's not that difficult. Next time, if I go to Palembang, I will come here again.

The reception staff is friendly, especially the bellboy who was very friendly from the beginning when parking, keep it up sir. Staying at this hotel has many pluses for a very affordable price, the hotel atmosphere is vintage, clean, the AC is cold, the TV is on all channels are there, the water heater is on, towels are provided, the wifi is fast, we got on the third floor the only minus is that it was hard to climb the stairs because there is no elevator, and the amenities only have soap but it's okay for that price, and the parking lot is not too big, but overall it's recommended! Will continue to stay here if I have business in Palembang 😍.

the parking lot is very small, there is no parking attendant, when the hotel staff is asked to help with parking, they even say "there is no parking attendant here", the hotel corridor between the rooms is very dirty, the rooms are also dirty as if they have not been cleaned, the air conditioner is not cold, the hotel staff The old man was asked "isn't the air conditioner cold sir" instead he replied "well I don't know ma'am, it's been used a lot so I don't know" then at checkout the receptionist didn't have a pass the hotel staff asked for help and instead said "the receptionist isn't there anymore"

Old hotel but still well maintained, clean & comfortable. When you get a room at the end you have a view towards the front of the road. The staff is helpful, it's just that you have to ask for towels & mats first. Just stay overnight for a staycation to relieve fatigue, it's fun, you won't regret choosing this hotel. If there could be a rooftop/open space for sitting in the afternoon it would definitely be better. Prices are according to the application without additional costs.

Downtown location, old hotel but still very good. Amenities are lacking, only get soap. Suggestion to choose deluxe or suite. If the standard on the 4th floor is up the stairs, it is quite tiring especially for those who have a big body and carry a lot of stuff. For the price online is quite cheap, without asking for additional.

Mungkin masuk kriteria hotel vintage ya, tp secara management dan maintenance kurang maksimal, padahal lokasi sangat strategis, beberapa fasilitas, tergolong kuno, harus upgrade berkala, pasti secara tarif akan mengikuti, kamar tersedia banyak varian, air panas dan wifi ngebut.
